I was stranded with no help …..

I was stranded with no help . This website even though I can’t speak much French enabled me to get to my ferry . I am extremely satisfied with the service . I am writing this at the ferry terminal after my driver picked me up from rural Normandy and drove us an hour and a half with no issue . Very kind and polite driver

Not cheap but not super expensive either for last minute booking. Easy to use, and the driver was contactable, and responsive.

Normally Works well.

Normally, I give monTransport 5 stars. This time, it’s 4 because their site was down for several days when I wanted to book. It may not be their fault but, obviously, the experience was not as good as at previous times.

Excellent service from Yousef

Excellent service and we couldn’t have hoped for a better gentleman to drive us from Reims back to our hotel in Paris. Yousef was caring and very careful in delivering us safely to our destination.

DO NOT recommend….

I have a reservation for a pickup on October 5th, the driver sent me a note on whatsApp that he is unable to come to pickus up because his van has been stolen, I’ve sent 2 emails to help desk and no response yet.. i would like a refund since the service has been cannelled. The platform for montranport.com is currently down. I WOULD not recommend so far this company .. i will modify my review when i reveceive an update from this company .
