Great bag from an honest company
I liked the honest 'everything is custom it will be ten days' conversation. The bag turned up faster than that. It is well put together and fantastic value, I think.

Really pleased with the quality of bag
Really pleased with the quality of the bag and felt that it was fairly priced.
Took it as a carry on bag on an Easyjet flight just a few days later with no issue.
As a suggestion the orange of the bag was an amazing match for Easyjet's orange - reckon you should be chasing a contract to supply bags to their personnel !!

Has a ‘premium’ look and feel but at a great price, and with the added bonus of being made right here in the UK.

Quite a disappointment for a handmade product.
This bag has a fairly cheap feel to it - not at all what I was expecting. It doesn't appear to be very durable - there are already permanent creases in the material - and yet it is quite heavy. It is also poorly designed as the flap is difficult to open and the plastic clasp is redundant (why would you need velcro and a clasp)? I had the impression from the description that there would be an outside zip pocket for easy access but there isn't one. The strap is very heavy and uncomfortable. The inside, frustratingly, is black making it impossible to find things. Literally any other colour would have been better. There is only one tiny inside compartment. I can't imagine where I would possibly use this - it looks like a giant mail carrier for a mailman. Please use better photographs and description on your website so that customers are not confused.

Our bags are hand manufactured using industrial strength 610gsm PVC coated polyester which is extremely durable and tear resistant. We have been making bags for over 40 years and they are the industry standard for the Offshore Workforce, and we supply them to all the leading Oil & Gas Companies all over the world. They are high performance, built to last and will survive an extreme amount of travel and outdoor activity. We use the same material to manufacture large protective covers for equipment on Oil Rigs and the PVC is resilient enough to withstand the elements in the harshest environments. It is our goal to provide the highest standard of service to our customers. Please allow us the opportunity to discuss your concerns further and seek a resolution.
