I wish that I could leave 0 stars. The stress this watch has given us is not worth it. Please do your research. There are better products with way better customer service options. We bought this watch and it never worked. The app is horrible, the service is terrible and now they continuously charge us even though we have contacted them several times to cancel. They have told us twice now that we would no longer be charged monthly but yet again we have seen the fee on our credit card statement. I can not find a number to contact them to talk to someone directly so i guess i am stuck writing another email that will get nothing resolved.

App sign up has issues. Calling doesn’t work through app. Texts don’t have alerts to watch, slow to update, many many many issues and it’s brand new, just opened and setup today. Took hours to try to troubleshoot before contacting the useless email provided as a help desk. They take way too long to reply and no contact number. After service is atrocious to put it politely!

I have been emailing the company since Christmas Day. Paid the 20 pound sim plan ( it has never worked ) customer services is an absolute joke. They will not and I mean WILL NOT offer any solutions other than restart the watch and update ( there is no updates ) when I tell them this they just reply saying that it’s working. No it is not 😂 it’s gotten to the point where it’s hilarious. If I hadn’t off bought it in October it would have been returned Boxing Day. It’s funny how when I leave comments on Facebook or TikTok there deleted automatically. Paid 140 for the watch then another 20 pound for the sim plan for absolutely nothing. I’m a single mother and I save so hard to make Christmas special. When I asked for the a partial refund on sim plan until it was rectified, I was refused and simply told it’s working. When it definitely isn’t. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed, especially at GABBY the only person who ever emails me 2 days later saying the same stuff.

From the day we bought this watch we have had nothing but issues. The amount of times I’ve had to unbind the watch, speak with “customer service” to assist etc, is ridiculous. My sister and sister in law have had nothing but trouble with theirs too. Waste of money, look elsewhere. The app never updates the location properly and the calls don’t work most of the time. Now we’ve hit the 12 month mark we are all being told a replacement is needed and we have to pay. I’m really disappointed in how difficult it has been and the “updates” that are constantly required.

Bought a moochies Connect watch for my daughter for Christmas. Had so much trouble connecting it, as in, there was never any mobile service.
Finally got in touch with customer care & after a day of backwards & forwards, they say the SIM card is stuffed & we need to take it back, or send it to the head office. As we live regional W.A, the shop we bought it from is a 2 day drive… not an option.
So decide to reluctantly send it back.. another day goes by, no address to return to.
Several unanswered emails (still unanswered) every text conversation I had was closed by them with no response.
Finally get the address & they have given the wrong one. Lucky for me the post office realised before I sent it off.
Now sitting here waiting for a reply on the correct address.
Very poor customer service to say the least. Would not recommend to anyone not even my dogs booty hole

Had a problem getting the number for the sim card as it had not been added in the email. They sorted me out very quickly once I got onto them.

All three of these reps were brilliant and patient with me while setting up second watch.
Jess solved my issues and was very patient and helpful. Very polite and I appreciated her help went above and beyond.
I had issues with my sons watch not working, after emailing the details through Gabby was able to very efficiently fix the problem with a positive attitude and communicate effectively the entire time. Extremely happy with the customer service I received.

Issues from the moment I turned the thing on. Constantly "crashing" and restarting. Time and date resetting itself every day and changing its own settings. Turn off Auto time and date and after 3 hours it turns itself back on. Customers service equally as useless and won't refund even if you offer to return it. App? Useless. Tracking? Useless. Messaging? You guessed it... Useless.
There's NO way for me to cancel the mobile plan other than to block their transactions through my bank. Said you have to set up the preloaded Sim BEFORE turning the watch on as labelled on the watch screen and in the startup manual in the box, effectively costing you $15 more on initial network set up cost as doing it through the watch as it came with a discount. Don't bother trying to message customers service. They keep giving the "someone will contact you in 25-48 hours" runaround. Still waiting and hearing the same line 2 months later. Biggest waste of money. Jb hi-fi Australia online reviews are the only place I've now found accurate reviews of this junk company and their defective products. I wish more reviews were around before I purchased this so I didn't waste so much money on my son's birthday gift. Their website constantly switches between active and being an unsecure network. Steer clear at all costs. Pay for the Pixbie or the Spacetalk instead of this junk.
Now an overpriced paperweight in my son's room. Never been so dissatisfied in my life.

Yes we bought a mooches for our son but we were having trouble activating it. We spoke with Jess from the call centre and she was very professional and helpful with our needs. We were a bit disappointed originally when told it was out dated since we only just bought it but with Jess to assist things are going well.

The moochies support desk. Sent in circles to keep restarting the watch. Apart from this, the battery is useless, and the fact there’s no dial tone and a time delay to pick up the call. GPS also was consistently 40km inaccurate. Returning today for full refund.

I didn't buy the watch directly from the retailer and I was struggling with the setup so I contacted their customer service - I was assisted by the wonderful Jess, who answered my query in minutes, they offered to install a new SIM card for me with no fuss. Now I just hope the watch will be as good as the customer service!
Wondering how to change the dail to a analog clock. because there are pictures and examples of the watch with a anolog face but my daughter doesnt understand digital clocks.
