Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this brand
I placed an order from Spain, and on top of having to pay customs duties I also received the package damaged with missing items.
Upon contacting customer service they told me I shouldn't of paid taxes and they will refund me.
Even today, I did not receive a refund - I had to open a dispute with my bank to recover my money - the money for the customs which was £30 on top I never recovered.

I paid for 3-5 business day delivery but it took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive

Essential oils good and clearly labeled . Arrived quickly

Products were great but delivery wasn't in the time frame said whilst ordering. Took 11 days to arrive not 3 to 5

Very poor customer service. They advertise that they’re selling aromatherapy bottles for £1. Placed N order for about 7 to make the postage worthwhile and only one was ordered. Emailed several times about it. I think this is a scam to get people to buy bottles so I would avoid. Use ‘Fresh Skin’, excellent company with excellent customer service and oils.

Terrible and disgusting service from this company, a company thats closing down and rightfully so they should. I wouldn't wish this on any business because creating a business is extremely hard work and people strive for their business to succeed. Clearly not these guys and heres why in the simplest way I can put it.
I placed a order and missed the extended delivery times due to closure of their business which at this stage i was also supporting by purchasing through them. 5 days passed after money taken and order confirmation but no Dispatched confirmed on working day 5 I emailed them the second email stating its been 5 working days and I still havnt received a dispatch confirmation, because I genuinely missed the advertised post of the longer Dispatched times. They replied with, "this is not urgency, and out website Clearly states in blue that the Dispatch times are 6 -10 working days, so that is not even a matter of urgency" immediately the second email comes through with them stating "I don't like your tone on the email, and do not want your business, so I will be cancelling your order"
I quickly replied with a apology email as I genuinely didn't mean to come across with any negative tone and apologised as I clearly missed the extra Dispatched times. Which followed on to say how im sorry that the business is closing down and if they can still process my order and ill be happy to await their stated times as per website. The next day after 4pm the sent me a cancellation confirmation. How absolutely child like are they, I didn't once use any type of inappropriate language, I sincerely put my hands up to when I missed the longer Dispatched times and I apologised for the way the email came across with a negative tone when. Seems they must have treated alot of their customers this way hence they closing down. Do nkt help them with the final closure as other platforms have also left negative reviews claiming things have arrived leaked and they done nothing to help. A business that only lasted about 7 years shows how terrible they must have been. Because I know well established sellers of a similar field who have been around 15 years plus with exceptional service. Anything knew these owners may venture into next I would want to be Clearly away from them at all cost.

I absolutely adore Mood Essential Oils. The aroma is beautiful and long lasting. The quality is first rate. I have been a fan for many years and don't purchase any other brands.

This company markets these as essential oil blends, and they may have tiny quantities of oils in, but the predominent scents definitely are not "natural" - they are cloying and synthetic. I was horrified when I rolled it onto my wrists and could only smell that horrible synthetic smell that wouldn't come off, even though I scrubbed my skin with washing up liquid!! I wasted money on two of these for christmas presents but will never buy them again. They have gone straight in the bin!!

Great company. Quality essential oils. Super quick delivery. I've bought from this company for a number of years and can honestly say, I have never been disappointed with either the quality of the essential oils or their customer service.

Andrew who ran the business was always willing to make up various oils to suit my requirements and was there to give any advice I might need
His prices were very fair and delivery times were kept to

Really lovely oils, and knowledgeable and friendly service both in the shop and online. Andrew even made up a blend of my favourite scents and moods for me to try, which is beautiful. Fast delivery, really well packaged, and would highly recommend.

Very reasonable prices and great service. Clearly recent reduced prices even better but at the cost of the business closing. Very sad.
