Wonderful fresh floral scent

This product has a wonderful scent and not overpowering. I hung it up nose level as directed and personally I think the area near my fur baby's litter box smells freshened and floral now! It looks cute hung on the wall,too. There's a mini rubber suction for the wall so you don't need a nail.

I didn’t find any benefit from the…

I didn’t find any benefit from the product.. it has a very specific unpleasant smell, which mixes with the smell of cat litter, making it impossible to stay in the house.. first of all, try it, and don’t make a subscription like me and now it’s difficult to cancel it..

I love these

I love these. I was so impressed with how they worked and totally eliminated any of the horrid smells. I did find that I didn’t need to buy them as often as the subscription ran for. I cancelled my subscription 3 separate times, did receive a response each time and had no issues! I’m really disappointed that I can’t get these now! I truly hope they do become available again soon!

Awful customer service

Awful,not responded to my first cancellation request and have sent another today. This is illegal, I want my data removed from their site, we have a right to this through GDPR laws. Get it sorted moodify.

Mixed feedback ....

I found the pendant works...... so far, but I feel the ad to send in a video and get an Amazon voucher 'instantly' is misleading. Its been two days now so not sure what classes as 'instantly' with the company.

Absolutely daylight robbery.
If I could have given ZERO star I would have.
I’ve asked this company to cancel my subscription for three months now and they continue to take my money.
I was flabbergasted when I saw they had taken money yet again from my account.
Yes they offered me a discount with the first request to cancel my order which I refused yet they still continue to take my hard earned cash.
Please AVOID this company!!!!!!!
The product isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, a simple diffuser is just as good and with going to a shop to buy a diffuser your not getting unwanted deductions from your account which you’ve asked to be STOPPED.

Cancellation requests ignored

Product doesn't work. When you sign up to a subscription the only way to end it is to contact them to cancel, which they ignore as other people have reported below. Cancellations are supposed to be responded to within 24 hours. 3 days later I've received no acknowledgement of my cancellation. Beware.

After many times of asking them to cancel my order, I only got one email back from Dave saying they well cancel, this morning I just got the email saying they are sending me an order which I have not asked for. It is impossible to remove info from their site. AVOID PEOPLE

Product wasn’t effective and ignored cancellation request

Product wasn’t effective.
I filled in their cancellation form. Today, they have charged me again for the product I don’t want and asked them to cancel.
I have sent an email to them explaining I will file with small claims unless this is sorted out promptly. Reported to bank too.
Don’t risk signing up for a recurring payment with this company.

I can see that you refused this offer and your subscription was then cancelled and a full refund was issued.

They ignore cancellation emails.

The product is no different from any other freshener and is not worth the price.

I've emailed multiple times to cancel my subscription and not only do they not reply or acknowledge receipt of the emails and requests, but they also continue to charge and send. There's nothing on their website to allow an alternative way to end a subscription except to email (which they ignore).

Definitely avoid.
