The first step towards improving mental health
I decided to book a session with Claire after struggling with anxiety for many years and realising that it was interfering with my life in many ways. I also wanted to address some issues from my childhood that continued to bother me many years later. Claire offered a safe space to explore the issues that were affecting me, and was brilliant at helping me identify the next steps I can take to progress on my journey towards improving my mental health. I am so glad that I made the decision to confide in her. Claire provided a report that I can refer back to, summarising our discussions and her suggestions. I have been inspired by our conversation and have taken further action by contacting my GP, who has provided me with a referral for counselling. If you are struggling with your mental health and don’t know where to turn, I highly recommend Claire. Her sessions are very affordable and worth their weight in gold.
