First Moody!

I think it's fine, I have sensitive and dry eyes. wearing moody lenses not as bad. the colors are all pretty and interesting! wish it has more lively colors soon and more payment options.
Delivery take a bit long though, receive items perfectly safe ;]

Fast shipping

Fast shipping , real time delivery updates! I love their lenses , it’s my first time buying online and it works well with my eye. It doesn’t feel like im wearing contacts.. it doesn’t dry out my eyes as well . Looks natural on me too! I’d definitely order again soon. Oh and I ordered coconut sugar brown and espresso martini. I ordered their 6 mos lenses. Thank you Moody!

If you’re from the uk

If you’re from the uk, avoid ordering from them. ordered contacts on the 10th of February and a few it says it later it said it had been shipped, then nothing for weeks, so I contacted them on WhatsApp where they said “it was dispatched from our warehouse on 12 February and the first scan was in 13 February. Then strangely the status stopped on 24 February.” very disappointed., waste of time and money when I could have ordered from a different website and got them in time for an event I needed them for. Will not be ordering from them anytime soon unless there’s actually a valid reason as to why my order is taking so long. It also says it takes 8-10 days for it to be delivered. Customer service was no help at all and poor quality

terrible customer service

I’ve been a returning customer to moodylenses for years even getting my friends to order due to how much i love it but this time around my experience has been terrible. i placed my order on january 26th and my order has been shipped out since january 27th. on february 4th my lenses reached a parcel sorting place in the uk and since then ive been give no update since then(today is february 18th) the tracking hasn’t moved at all. i’ve sent emails and even tried to message them through their whatsapp service and ive gotten no response. i’m honestly devastated about how bad the service is now and i just want my lenses but i fear ill never get them or my money back (over $100)

Scammers

Scammers! I have had good experiences with moody in the past. However this latest time I put in an order, the money was taken out of my account, and nothing has been confirmed, no tracking number or anything. I have tried emailing and using the whatsapp, but have not had a response for over a month - pathetic customer service. Won't buy from them again - scam!

Ordered two lenses, received none.

Ordered two lenses, received none.
This is the second time I’ve had problems with an order from this company. The first order arrived, the second order had a missing lens, and now my most recent order arrived with none of the lenses at all. I only received the contact lens solutions and a cleaner.

Each lens cost $48, and I genuinely needed them, so this has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Due to these repeated issues, I won’t be ordering again. I’m still waiting for a refund for the lenses I never received.

Horrible service

This is my 2nd time buying from them. What a horrible experience. They make the mistake & I had to bear the cost, I bought a contact lens then after a few days no update so I ask abt them the details, because they didn't even bother to inform me or even update. They reply so slow, saying it was sold out but i had already ordered it. They ask to choose another one. They reply so slow!!!! after all the shit they made they still made it a standard delivery. I order 11 days ago then still ask me to wait another 12 more days. What the hell? If I want it that late I won't order it. I want to wear it for an event. What a terrible place to shop

Update on order

Edited: After getting in touch with someone via Whatsapp they discovered my original package had gotten lost in transit and promptly offered to reship my order.

I placed my order on 1/19, received an email that confirmed my order the next day, but have not received any further updates regarding my order. I see the money has been taken out of my account, and I reached out to support via email to see if my order has been processed and/or shipped. I have not received a reply. It's now 2/2. I understand the shipping may take long, all I'm asking for is some sort of update on my order.
