Front wheel nut
The experience was nice. I had lost the nut for the front wheel (no idea how that thing could come off!!) I checked if this website had it in stock. I had bought a pair of pad brakes last month from them, I could see the anti theft nut on the list but not active. So I contacted them via the chat. Honestly the team has been supportive and helpful.

It took more than a month to receive the brake pads. And a service in the Vanmoof’ing forum on Facebook gave me the exact form factor on the brake pads and I found that I could have bought them in a local shop….

Avoid
Ordered charger in September, did not arrive by their stated delivery date. Zero response to email support address. Raised a concern on Reddit - lots of DMs from the company promising order would be fulfilled. Nothing happened. They even stated the item had been shipped but weirdly could not provide a tracking email. Just lots of empty chat. Avoid.

Never received my order
Never received my order - S3 spare parts.
I had to ask PayPal for a refund - I sent more 10 e-mails to MoofMender and received my first answer thanks to PayPal.
A lot of empty promises about my order which was never actually sent.
Run away from them !

Order never showed up
Order never showed up, none exsistant product support... a bit like VanMoof!
Ordered a replacement button cover from Moof Mender when they launched. Was meant to be delivered 7-8th Sept. I never had a confirmation of shipping with tracking number.
Item never showed up. Made a post on their reddit page, and got a reply saying that the item would be mailed out next day, and I would have it for Tuesday 19th Sept. It is now 27/9 - I still have no item, shipping number or reply to emails.
Telephone number on site doesn't work.

Not sure if this is a legit operation. I ordered two chargers from its website on 15 August. No shipping info has been sent. I don't have the chargers yet. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Now trying to get my money back
