I went through the whole process, wrote a testimonial , clear to the finish, and it didn't let me choose the gift . I used the chat on Mooka's website and Kim was kind, efficient and helpful and answered all my questions and processed my gift order in a manner of moments. My experience with Mooka has been stellar.
