I still dont have the charger
I still dont have the charger, its been saying delivering today for days now and there is no tracking.
I did eventually get the charger ordered, it was not working so it was promised to have an adaptor sent. I can not express enough how amazing the customer service was! Emails, phone calls everything was done to correct the issue. This kind of customer service is unheard of anymore. I love my bike and so do my kids we cant wait to be able to use it again!! The TK1 Folding is an awesome vehicle
The TK1 Folding is an awesome vehicle, for 2 years we've enjoyed the freedom it gives us. Although the support was a little slow, they finally solved our problem beyond our expectations. I even ordered the Mooncool Pop as well this year

I would have liked to talk to a real person with my questions versus AI. Instructions were hard at times to follow vague written instructions with the pictures. Bike does seem solid. Very happy about that.

Loving the bike so far
Loving the bike so far. My rear fenders did come dented though and a small scratch on the main part of the frame.

Delivered as advertised.
The bike came as promised. It took a few hours to assemble but following the directions worked great. Love the bike. My only struggle was the seat with the nose in front. As a larger woman it was hard to get around.

I got my battery it fits the trike it…
I love my trike I'm 73 years old best investment I ever made I ordered a spare battery so where we can take longer rides with family I had a battery charging issue that was resolved and I appreciate what moon cool has done to solve this issue.

When ordering the bike called customer service to get some information and they were wonderful. Also just lost a screw to the control panel on the handlebar and customer service was very kind. Hopefully we get the replacement in a timely manner. Also should mention delivery was excellent. just thought I would add in regards to the screw that was lost on the control panel. They recommended us buying it ourselves, which we have no problem doing because the replacement would be coming from Asia and it would take longer to receive.
Just an update on the screw we do have it now and it did not take long at all. Thank you so much.

Impressive service
I called twice for support, and both times I got friendly, prompt service. When further help was needed than after-sales could give, I was also met with prompt email responses from tech support (check your spam folder though...that's where mine went). One issue, I figured out on my own, but the other, again, I was met with prompt service and a helpful email follow up with all the relevant information.
Another very cool thing that happened is that I accidentally called one evening. I noticed and hung up quickly and didn't think anything of it. Within 20 minutes, I got a return call to make sure everything was alright and if I needed help. Mind you, I hung up after maybe one ring. No message. I thought that was really responsive.

The trike arrived in perfect condition and the paint finish looked great. My biggest complaint is the instruction manual-it could be much clearer, especially for first-time buyers.

New bike can't be ridden due to defect!!!
The bolt to attach the seat to the post was cross stripped upon arrival so the bike is useless!!! Customer service have perked me around for days including tell me that the bike has to be re-rngineered!!!! Ridiculous!!!! And noe the part has to come from China!!!! It's a bolt!!!! So Now I lose the use of thr bike for this summer!!!!

What can I say. We have bought 4 tk1's and loved them,My son bought 2 and i bought 3.No problems at all. Very well made. We just received a tk2 that was in perfect condition. The reason for the tk2 was because the tk1 was to big for my wife, she is only 4' 11" tall. The new tk2 is a little smaller and perfect for my wife. My only suggestion to Mooncool would be to highlight the buttons on the control pad WHITE to make them easy to see. I'm enclosing a photo of how I did that. We consider our family a moon cool family.
