Ordered two items - as others stated ... cute advertising on instagram .... looked like good quality .i ordered the fox sweatshirt ( other item has not arrived) ... shocked to see shipping envelope was from China. Item reeked of a chemicals !! No company label ... just laundering instructions. Proceeded to attempt to contact them - instructed by website to read FAQ section and that sending a message would not result in a response from customer service ?!?! I sent message anyway saying this must be a scam company- children’s clothing reeking of chemicals, no refunds and no way to get in touch with customer service . I received a message back next day stating they recommend all items should be washed first !?!? How is this company permitted to advertise on Facebook and Instagram with potentially dangerous clothing being sold to U.S consumers - outrageous !! I will be contacting my credit card company as this company only gives store credit ?!? I wish I had read reviews beforehand - this is a scam operation .

Terrible quality! Terrible customer service! Got half my order in three weeks and still waiting for the second part after 6 weeks!! Washed the first item and it shrunk over a full size. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand.

BUYER BEWARE - I wish that I had read these very valuable reviews of this company prior to ordering. I, too, was pulled in by their ad for cute baby clothes. Although I ordered Christmas gifts for our grandson over 5 weeks ago, they have yet to arrive. I fear that if and when the merchandise does come, I will be disappointed based on previous posts. STAY AWAY - there are many reliable on line sources for quality baby clothes and accessories, but Moonlight Bundles is not one of them.

This company advertises as a California company but the clothes ship from China. I ordered two outfits for my niece to take on my visit for Thanksgiving, but did not receive the clothes for over a month. They were cut small and of poor quality. I have contacted customer service and received automated responses. Visit the FB page - all comments are deleted. I am terribly disappointed in this bogus company.

Ordered 3 items for Christmas on November 29. Each was shipped separately and I still have not received one of them on December 26. It took 6 emails/messages to even get them to respond to me. Site is misleading, all this stuff comes from various locations in CHINA. There is no warehouse/store in the US.

Same as everyone else - purchased what I thought would be a cute gift, but turns out it takes so long the clothes won't fit anymore. All stuff sent from China with no idea when it will actually come (it has been over 4 weeks). O have sent the a number of emails and today they told me my package arrived. How wonderful! Except I don't actually have it.

Just don't buy anything from this company. Spend a little more and get quality goods from Etsy.

I ordered three items from an advertisement on instagram. Huge mistake!!
They charged me for the three pieces but one has been stuck in China since November 22nd and can not get any assistance on what they are going to do about it. You contact them on Facebook messenger and it's an automated response.
The two pieces I did receive are poor quality. The rainbow dress came with three stains on it and the flamingo sweatshirt arms are not even.
Someone has got to stop them from scamming people!

Ordered items on 11/21. I received email 11//25 saying items are en route. Every time I check the usps tracking it says they’re still in China. I have emailed the company and sent a message via instagram with no response. They are a scam. They posted on their Instagram to place orders by 12/3 to get in time for Christmas so I’m confused why they’re still in China.

I saw the link on Facebook and thought the clothes were cute. I ordered an adorable outfit for my newborn (at the time) son. The company took my money, but never sent my items! Then when I went to customer service, there is no way to actually get in touch with anyone. It’s just a bot that loops and never goes anywhere and nobody responded to my questions, complaints or demands for a refund. It’s not a California based company like it claims on the “about us” section. Apparently the clothes come from China (if you’re lucky enough to even receive them at all!). It’s been months and my son would not even fit in the outfit anymore anyway. Don’t make the same mistake I did. AVOID this scam!!!

Edited because I did finally get my order which was unexpected considering how much time had passed. Like the others mentioned, the quality was not what I initially expected and the tag didn’t even have the company’s name. It looked similar to the picture I guess, but I definitely don’t think it was worth what I paid for it. Added an extra star from my original review since they did finally send the merchandise. Then they sent a message to confirm that I had received it. Does not change the fact that it took a ridiculously long time to ship and they initially ignored my messages for days. Looks like I’m stuck with merchandise that is poor quality and my son can’t even wear since they don’t do refunds for returns. Would never have bought from them had I known.

Cannot contact customer service about missing items from order made almost a month ago, which is very frustrating especially since they're christmas gifts.

The clothes look beautiful online however when they get delivered - all separately from China I might add - they appear different in colour and fabric. The sizing was off the quality was poor with clips breaking after one use, seams sewn poorly and fabric sewn on the wrong side. Do not buy!

I saw a link on my Facebook page. The kids cloths on the website looked really lovely The company advertised themselves as an LA couple with small kids, sourcing good quality clothes from sustainable sources.
I ordered 2 pieces. Took over 2 months for the order to arrive. Both pieces arrived separately, from China. The cloths looked nothing like on the website. The material was cheap and nasty and there were no production tags attached. When I tried to contact customer service, there was none- I was referred to a Q&A section on the website. The website is a scam selling Chinese clothes which would not pass the quality control in Europe or North America.
