The product was okay,the problem was the number one had started deflating contacted moonpig got a response quick to send photos then they would send another one out,then heard nothing and needed it for the next day

One number arrived deflated. I had to source one from somewhere else. Got a part refund which was disappointing as Moonpig did not deliver what I’d ordered. On the plus side - the balloons were packaged well so not sure how one was deflated? Delivery was fast and the AI bot put me through to customer service promptly.

So disappointed this is for my daughters 18th today and the 8 is completely deflated also the included card was bent and creased. So sad we won’t get this time back again & now the banners and decorations around the house look lacking without balloons!
