Disappointed. Brought 2 of these for my twin nieces 25th birthday and paid tge extra postage so they would get there but they didn't arrived a day late ..not the best customer service response with oh sorry but they will be there tomorrow.. never will I use moon pig again

Overpriced, and not worth a penny. Helium balloon was totally flat and it was guaranteed for 5 days. Paid £30 for a bottle of Prosecco that I could have bought for £10 in the shop. Outrageous.

I was surprised to be asked to review products today (Monday 28th July) that were sent as a gift to be delivered on my daughter's 50th birthday (Wednesday 30th July) I'm sure the products are lovely but the surprise is premature - I paid £7.99 for this delivery so very disappointed that my chosen day was ignored
Delivery didn’t arrive on my friend’s birthday, despite being ordered days in advance. Second time this has happened. Courier said to contact moonpig as it wasn’t delivered. Very disappointing.
