The balloon arrived damaged, it was not attached to the string properly. Moonpig customer services was excellent and offered to re send balloon.

Fabulous balloon for any one of any age! I bought it for my brothers 80th birthday as I knew he wouldn’t want one with 80 on it and being given it in the middle of a busy pub, it went down well, he loved it! Arrived in a strong, sturdy box, and fast delivery. All round excellent service and would definitely buy again!
