Missed my partner's birthday on a tracked 24 this card took 5 days to arrive and Moonpig customer service was shameful. No help what so ever not even a refund to my account only a credit note on there website that I said I didn't want as I wouldn't be using there services again

Unable to rate as yet again another card has not arrived. Have paid standard postage to have delivered direct to recipient - nothing yet, 5 days late and counting. Really disappointed, seems that Royal Mail have let you down yet again. Why should I have to pay nearly £2 on top to guarantee someone receiving a card via recorded delivery? Think you will definitely suffer if Royal Mail is so unreliable. Money down the drain for me, and it's totally ruined the occasion. Cheers Moonpig!!
