It's a great card but you insist on sending your cards in a soft envelope with a "please do not bend" message on the front which means that your cards often arrive bent or dog-eared. On this occasion the card is fine but the envelope is buckled on two edges. I'd be happy to pay a bit extra for a hard backed envelope.
