There’s nothing wrong with the product but why did Moonpig deliver 4 days before the requested dated then send me an email to say that it’s ’on It’s way’ after it’s been delivered????

Card was fine, no different to shops - just easier for me ordering online. However, Royal Mail are not very dependable so took 3 days longer than expected, so I was late for the occasion. Maybe the shop is the way.

Pricing of these cards could be cheaper to make it competitive to the high street but I will say the high street doesn't always have what you are looking for. For this reason, and convenience, I use Moonpig, but I have to be honest and give the value for money a 3 star because whilst convenience does come at a price it would be nice to be cheaper.

It’s a lovely card, but I wanted it as a sympathy card (I don’t like traditional sympathy cards) but instead of the blank inside I ordered, they came with ‘Massive Congratulations’ printed inside?! Obviously I couldn’t send that to a grieving family. Luckily, I’ll be able to use it for other events and it is a beautiful card.
