The card it's self is very good. Its the end result i was dissapointed with.. I edited this card as the word Dad didn't fit, but moonpig sent me the original and said there was nothing they could do about it, So customer care Is not good . They could have sent me a sticker to go over it But wouldn't offer that either.

Delivered well in time quantity on card spot on I mean it’s not your card factory rubbish is it only get what you pay for which is quality shame I can’t add a scratch card when ordering

Beautiful card and good quality. Postage is always the bugbear for me as we have a dreadful postal service in my area (parcel delivery is good but not the letters). I'm sure my daughter will be delighted with her personalised card.

I loved the card although I think the envelope it was sent in was too big and it got bent at the edges. It's still a lovely card but for nearly £10 including postage i think it should have arrived in perfect condition, maybe a stiffer envelope?
