Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time to be used for the specific occasion although I ordered it in plenty of time according to the app. I can’t fault customer services as I got an immediate refund but it doesn’t take away from the fact that the card didn’t get here on time.

I got a discount code for Moonpig from McDonald's. I'm very happy with the card I received. I don't think I would have bought a card without the discount as the normal price is quite expensive for a card.

Ordered on 21/09/23 and was told delivery would be FROM 22/09/23. It arrived this morning 2 days after I needed it? The delivery date needs to be updated as I don’t expected something to arrive a week later after the “delivery from” date.

Arrived 3 days late, after the person I had bought the card for had already left. Tried chatting to someone to get a refund, just got their automated bot who couldn't answer anything. Don't use moonpig, use thortful instead, their card came next day!
