Lovely quality card… but arrived without an envelope… so unusable…

Card not printed correctly. Won't use again
The card hasn't arrived. So far it is 5 days late after expected delivery date and it was ordered on 06/12 for delivery 10/12 in ple ty of time for a 13/12 birthday. Not the first time this has happened this year.
Disappointed with my order as it didn’t look like the preview. Text was cut off and photos not aligned correctly. Offered refund but I would have preferred the card made correctly.
Very good card however I have noticed the card is smaller (paid for a large card) than the one I had last year and also a thinner card has been used. Guess it’s just cutting costs and saves putting the price up which is not a bad thing.
Good quality card. Easy to use. Will definitely use again and again.
