The printing was not central, I complained and I was sent another mug which was identical to the first one. I have now purchased one from our local High Street which is better quality. Trust pilot e mailed me but I could not send them a reply there seemed to be a problem. I have now bought a mug from another source which is exactly what I want not inferior like Moonpigs

It was to celebrate a "99th" Birthday. Spoilt on the obverse side by a tribute to " DANIEL " of whom l don't know !
