I got delivered the wrong mug. I paid for a personalised mug and got delivered a generic one. I tried to contact someone and kept getting directed to their AI Luna conversation. After sending all the info for the incorrect mug with a promise to get it fixed, I still haven't heard anything. And I ordered this a while back
Quality and turnaround was amazing

Bought for Father's day so not given yet. Good quality. Packaging was too big and not secure, amazed the product was still in one piece.
