Received this email to give a review for a card that isn’t even my card/design. A technical part on Moonpig. I will review if I receive an email that actually belongs to the card that I designed and purchased. My design was an 11 birthday card with dogs on it.

Dreadful delivery times. Ordered Sunday, it’s now Friday afternoon and still not here. Missed the birthday by 2 days. Similar experience last time I ordered. Such a shame as used to be quick and efficient

I will never buy from you again !! I waited a week for your personalised card! That you took the £13 from my account, this was a special card as my 10 year old son is battling cancer I really wanted something special this year !!
