Billy Bosch’s classic Highwire Shiraz is fruity and full of character with dark berry fruit and subtle spice shining through, great with your next barbecue, or try the limited-release Felix Noctua Malbec from Australia with layers of blueberry and blackberry backed by sweet oak notes and a soft, velvety finish. In the whites, there’s a French Sauvignon Blanc from Seraph which is bright, pure and poised with aromas of lime zest, gooseberry and freshly cut herbs, great with oysters or goat’s cheese, and there’s a Portuguese take on the Albariño grape that’s vibrant and lively with citrus and tropical notes and a smooth, full-bodied texture on the palate.
