Never received my delivery.

Never received my delivery.. no one attempted delivery..I have a ring account
and it was time sensitive...this is not the 1st time this has happened and don't feel like using you again.

Quick turnaround…

It was good to be able to order the card Father’s Day card before 9pm on Friday, and still have it arrive on Saturday morning. Very good.

Messed up their one and only job.

Messed up 1 job. Bought a personalized card for father's day, recieved one for a different random family. Never again. Avoid this company, they can't even do the simple act of sending a card to the right place!

Got a father's day gift and card

Got a father's day gift and card, Guaranteed to arrive today, paid a fortune for postage only to get a message to say it won't be delivered today and will only be delivered the next working day!! So will arrive late... As I said payed a fortune to get delivered on time. Pathetic and won't be using again!

The app is very fiddly and doesn't…

The app is very fiddly and doesn't allow much room for editing or adjusting photos. Once preview is selected cannot go back to make changes. The app based discount code was also not valid 😡

No explanation just an email

No explanation just an email. To say something went wrong and now my daughter doesn't have the card and gift I so wanted to give her on the day of her moving in to her own house. This is the 3rd time I've used moonpig and the second time I've been let down. Lesson learned I won't use again
