Card never arrived
Card never arrived. Paid extra 3.99 for next day delivery for 25th sept. Recieved a message on 25th AM saying in was in transit and would be delivered 11 30 - 3 45. It has not arrived and tracking still says the sane .
So missed the birthday

Didn't receive a confirmation email until after the product was delivered. Received a royal mail message to say product was delivered, before I received the order confirmation email.

All in all it's not a bad company
All in all it's not a bad company and while I do appreciate their reminder service it is also annoying that their system cannot detect that a card/gift has already been sent and therefore sends out loads more reminders.
It does get a little cheaper p.a. if you make a one off yearly payment which then reduces the card cost.
What they are lacking is cards for teenagers that are not soppy and do not involve any sports or computer games. Also, it seems that the one very helpful facility is gone that showed me which card/s I had sent for the individual person, so that I would not repeat myself in sending the same card again.

Great card selection, but just so hard to find the one you want.
Great quality cards and great delivery. But there are far too many cards and the search engine is poor. It drives me nuts trying to narrow the search down. It needs a fuzzy search, not the rigid one they use. No I don’t mean AI nonsense either, just a more intuitive search engine.

Shit company
They send a card with a line on the back page suggesting that the recipient send a thank you through them. My cards are sent unconditionally they do not require a thanks. ESPECIALLY ONE THAT THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR.

My card wasn't delivered
I ordered a birthday card to be delivered for my mum's birthday and it has not been delivered. I live abroad and it is very important I can send her a card. Now she will feel like I don't care. I'm upset by this experience.
