Stay well clear of this website every excuse in the book to withhold withdrawals
Multiple back a forth for weeks about declined withdrawal after I submitted all relevant information then they wanted pictures of my card
They accepted that withdrawal then.
Tried my next withdrawal declined all of them again this time I had not spent enough money to withdraw.
Had to go back spend the money they asked then customer agent said he can't guarantee until it's reviewed by withdrawal team absolute joke do not use this site
