Update: I received a tracking number three weeks after I submitted this and my order arrived today. The product (a retro gaming console ) I ordered doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this site!!!

False advertisment of products. Items received were not anything like what was advertised on their site. I have sent numerous emails however, they do not reply. I have only received an automatic reply with no way of reporting my issue.
Site has been reported to Scamwatch and other agencies within Australia.

I ordered an advent calendar early November which never arrived. Despite multi emails I have received nothing back from their customer services. These people a total scammers.

I ordered 2 sets of the translation earbuds 3 and a half weeks ago and nothing. no product or communication. They don't reply to emails other then automated bullshit or want me to spey$5 for some tracking crap. I think that should be included with the purchase. I actually found the same ones on Temu for cheaper and I know I'd have them already. This is a total shitty shitty company or straight up scammers.

I ordered an advent calendar ( WW2 aircraft)
I received a box of something that looked like a box of jellybean lozenges. Nothing like advertised.
I was away when the box arrived so the time limit has expired. When enquiring about returns ( just to get it out of the house) it seems I have to send it to the USA. It seems like a total scam. Please be careful when dealing with this company

Absolute rubbish do not buy from this site! I bought a 3d printed handheld star sensory fidget toy, which is half the size advertised and really bad quality. I can't believe I paid £21.37 with postage 😩

Should be zero my parcel never arrived despite emailing 6 times no response - telephone just cuts off - sorry this is fraud on a massive scale -DO NOT USE - I have reported them to trading standards

Avoid at all costs...and it will cost you. I spent £30 on a WW2 advent calendar. It took a month to arrive...from China and the planes are so awful (like mini dog chew toys) that if it wasn't so annoying it would be funny. Total rip off and cynical. Customer service is an email which no one responds to. No recall as a uk consumer...AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolute joke i placed an order November 21st. Still hasn't been packed! Minimal communication from there end. Just received an email saying it won't arrive before Christmas. I've asked for a refund no response

Booth the ww2 aircraft advent calendar. Chinese produced garbage. Planes are actually undecorated rubber planes. The photos make it look like decorated diecast aircraft. Couldn’t be a bigger difference between received product and what was pictured.

Reply to emails, no response.

I bought a bathroom cleaning product, advertised as foamy and magic, but I received a detergent that is not foamy, barely cleans, and definitely not magic!
Contacted support and after 3 days waiting for a reply hey told me to keep the item and they'll refund 30%. Told them it doesn't work for me, waiting for answers now .

The saker steam cleaner is a great product, But Moon cozy charged me $90 plus for it when it is available on Amazon for $36

Seems like this is a total scam. They promise you 24/7 support, but you don’t get any response on your mails, not ant updates about your order. This is awful! Hope to receive my money back with my creditcard. These people need to be arrested!

I would read my experience as a one since it has to be something rather than zero. It took me many months of waiting to get this product in the mail and from what you see online with the car shine it shows a big 16 ounce bottle in the guy’s hand and everybody that uses it But when you finally get it, it’s literally no joke a 3 ounce bottle that you get so if anybody is really going to order because they’re into keeping their car nice please move on run as fast as you can and do not buy anything from One. I’m reading from this company And it’s not worth your hard earned money. It is a total scam like 98% of the stuff online, I have learned over the last two years since my wife died that this really is all garbage and all scams. Please people do not buy it at all. Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order. I have tried on several occasions to contact customer service and have yet to hear back from them. I will never order from them again.
I would give them ZERO stats if that was an option.

I received a package, it wasn't what I ordered. Like everyone else I have emailed customer service to no avail.
