Love my bed, storage great, the cream with black trim looks so smart and the extra tall headboard gives a real wow factor. Easy to setup.

I’m really pleased with my bouclé gas lift double bed. The bouclé fabric gives it a modern, cosy look and instantly makes the bedroom feel more stylish and inviting. The gas lift mechanism works smoothly and provides plenty of hidden storage underneath, which is perfect for keeping extra bedding and clutter out of sight. The frame feels sturdy and well-made, and it’s comfortable and supportive for everyday use. Overall, it’s a great combination of practicality and design — ideal if you want a bed that looks luxurious while also being functional.

Ordered a superking bed and mattress from this company around Black Friday fantastic price compared to other websites delivered on time each section was packed so well relatively easy to put together but I would recommend adding instructions into the packaging I opted for the best mattress they had and it’s super comfy love my bed and it looks lush

Really happy with this bed, delivery time was good and kept to 5-7 days delivery time, communication was good from the route planning team, the only thing that I found difficult was the instructions as it was on piece of paper with one picture, could use some word instructions as well to make it a little easier.

Great company, delivered bed very quickly. Bed is absolutely amazing, good sturdy quality, looks very chic and mattress is very comfy.

Bought my daughter’s bed from moorcroft beds and everything was super easy from start to finish.
Website is very user friendly, prices are very very reasonable and delivery was also great.
On the day of delivery they communicated times very well and let me know when it would be arriving and had no problem placing it in my garage as the room wasn’t prepared.
I had ordered the 90” headboard which wasn’t as easy to manoeuvre. I know some companies just want to dump and run. It was all very well packaged too.
I will definitely be using them again for my own bedroom in the future.

Ordered myself and my two children’s beds from moorcroft beds and overall they have been amazing and decent quality will definitely order again in future

One star is actually too high of a rating. Ordered samples that never arrived (you pay for the samples). And when contacted customer service do not respond! First time I’ve heard from them was actually to complete this review :). Stay away from this page, it’s a scam.

Item was good as was price, delivery communication let it down

Absolutely terrible experience.
I ordered a super king bed and when it arrived the headboard had a huge split down the middle, something that was not shown in the eBay photos or mentioned anywhere in the listing. It looks awful and completely ruins the appearance of the bed.
Trying to sort the return was equally frustrating. The person responding to messages on eBay was very slow to reply and extremely obstructive, making the whole process drag on far longer than it should have. What should have been a straightforward return became unnecessarily stressful.
In the end I did manage to return the item and get a refund, but it took far more effort than it should have.
Also worth noting: the company emails customers offering payment in exchange for leaving reviews, which means many of their positive reviews cannot be trusted.
Buyers beware.

Well made bed, exact description and fast delivery.

I reached out prior to buying my bed as I wanted a higher headboard, response was quick and supportive. The bed is solid and very easy to build. It's heavy, even in bits, so if u live alone, pay the extra to get it built. I would definitely buy again from this company.

Impressed with the bed, very well made, lovely chunky headboard and footboard. Previous bed was creaking at the slightest movement, this brought back silence.

Ordered my bed about a month ago, it arrived exactly when it said it would and I had been called to confirm the best date for delivery. I live in a second floor flat and thankfully my boyfriend was in waiting for the delivery as the courier said it was a doorstep delivery and they couldn’t bring it up so I would have struggled by myself. We opened the delivery a couple of days ago to discover there were no instructions to build it. It did seem fairly self explanatory to build but there were a few different sized screws so I wanted to double check and emailed customer service. I received a very quick response and a WhatsApp message forwarding a video of the bed being constructed that was very easy to follow. I had a slight issue with an imperfection to the join of the headboard and again was responded to very quickly with a choice of getting a new headboard sent out or a discount applied. As it wasn’t a big issue I took the discount and it has been refunded back to me. I really rate how quickly I was responded to and the service I was given and can’t blame the courier not bringing the bed up to my flat as I am aware this is not always guaranteed. My bed is gorgeous and I am really pleased with the quality. Will definitely consider a future order with this company. Many thanks!
