New to living in Bexhill & this firm was recommended for electric survey (request was just before Xmas) - response was fast & results of survey just as quick. This led us to ask them to quote for full re-wire, fuse board etc with good suggestions inputted from them as to what else we would need. Simon & Rob worked efficiently & tidily, & last bit of contracted work carried out by Ricky leading to electric certificates being issued quickly. They made a new start to our life in a new town feel very smooth. Would absolutely recommend.

First class company Ricky and Rob did an amazing job sorting out the electrical problems on my complex underfloor heating system and finding and installing outside up lighters and an array of other work.

The engineer arrived on time, was very helpful, pleasant and professional in his work and attitude and provided an excellent service replacing our old fuse board at a very competitive price. 5 star service and highly recommended.

Our experience was highly satisfactory. Booking the appointment and the necessary changes were very professionally dealt with by the Operations Assistant who kept us well informed. The electrician was courteous and friendly and the job was completed in good time. The cost was also reasonable.

Moore & Saunders staff, like those of their sister company, Dale Saunders, are polite and personable - and always helpful. Customer service is absolutely professional in all respects, admin and over the phone.
Kieron carried out an electrical inspection - the second time he has done this for us. He arrived early (both times), discussed the job displaying knowledge and experience and was trusted to be left in charge to complete the work.
On this last occasion, Kieron was kind enough to go out of his way to return the house key to us, having left all secure. I will always be pleased to see him.
I will continue to go to this company for help. They come when they say they will and do what they say they will. The charges are fair.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Speaking to an efficient uk based Human being who arranged a visit to my tenanted apartment to check out the none working towel rail was dealt with speedily & a quotation followed, installation was carried out speedily. . They dealt with the tenant & fitted it at a mutually convenient time. I am thrilled with their professionalism & installation.
