A rather mixed review: the wait of over one hour just to get through on the phone was alleviated by the apparent genuineness charm and sincerity of the nurse keeping you going - only to be spoiled by the altogether boredom king who was supposed to be helping and advising you that gentleman did not evince one ounce of sympathy when dealing with potential patients who were scared of going blind. Not a job he should be doing, in my opinion. So now I’m left altogether confused and none the wiser, having been advised from elsewhere that I should go to an eye A&E as a matter
of extreme urgency. Does NOT inspire you with faith in this famous hospital - all a bit of a hit and miss business it seems: they even
triage patients on zoom calls would you believe?
Not something I would wish to entrust my eyesight to!

The team at Moorfields is among the best we have worked with; they are technically strong, commercial and effective. There is a consistency of approach, combined with strength in depth, which is refreshing. We rate them very highly indeed.

Commercially minded seeking out workable solutions

I have known the company since inception. The Directors and staff have a strong work ethic and listen to their clients. They give value.

I've dealt with Moorfields on a number of cases over several years and the service has always been excellent. Responses are rapid and provide expert opinion pitched in straightforward language so that everybody can understand what's happening, likely courses of action, outcomes etc.

The experienced Moorfields team has helped us on challenging cases and in particular one case where we faced a potential significant loss. Acting professionally and giving good advice they achieved an excellent result. We will continue using their services without hesitation.
