Do not buy from this company total rip off ....over two months waiting for my goods still haven't arrived..no correspondence from them totally ignoring all emails etc...BE WARNED...
Purchased items from this company and did not receive the same item as in their add I received cheap copies. Customer service is non existent they say that they will respond within 48 hours I have messaged them 4 times in 6 weeks without any response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. Can't believe how they get away with using genuine product adds to sell cheap copies.
Don’t part with any cash not received a thing a scam
Customer service almost non-existent. When they eventually responded they pretended they hadn't received previous emails. My bank had refunded me on the basis of the emails.
In December 2023 I ordered a measuring tool for my husband.What was sent was nothing like what I ordered.Customer service was almost nonexistant.A lot of back and forth emails that took weeks to respond to me,pretending not to understand or telling me I received what I ordered.Just a lot of nonsense.Acceptred a small refund just to be over with it.My advice to consumers is if you see this company advertising around Christmas time do not engage with them.You will probably be very sorry.
I recently purchased a product that turned out to be vastly different from what was advertised. The product website's manipulative and misleading advertising left me disappointed. I've requested a refund, and if this issue isn't promptly resolved, I'll seek legal advice to prevent others from facing similar situations in the future.
I ordered a tool for my husband which took forever to arrive (came after Christmas) I emailed the company before it arrived and got a email response from Charles that it was on the way and was simply delayed.
When it finally arrived it was not the tool I ordered!
I emailed the company over a week ago with no response so far! Will need to have my bank reverse the charge. The company appears to have no customer service support or phone number to call. Don’t buy from this company! I found same tool available elsewhere!
