Absolute awful company it's now got to…

Absolute awful company it's now got to a point where I'm having to go to the small claims court for my sons money back.
They ignore my phone calls & keep lying to me via emails. Despite their T&S and the consumer rights.
Be a video on YouTube next few days called "the worst customer service I've ever had, in the hands of moovelectic" keep an eye out for it 👍

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! BE WARNED

We got the aprillia E scooter in June 2024, the motor went on it and it was sent back by the end of Aug. It was assessed and was told it needed a part. To cut a long and stressful situation short, after I contacted Moov weekly to find out what was going on they had no answers for me, told me I needed to wait until a month had gone by before they could escalate it. The month arrived, I contacted Moov again and they escalated it. AGAIN I heard nothing and AGAIN I contacted them about an update, AGAIN they could not give me an answer. I then got given a number for the repair place called Aprillia Smart Movement, I was informed that the part was the wheel and a motor and that they had no ETA, I asked them to call me back the week after with an update, THEY DIDNT! . I called them the customer service here is the WORST i have ever come across, I have 5 emails each that I have received over the last 2 months, because I have called them and told them to send me what they had said in writing. Each of the emails starts with " PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES THAT WE HAVEN'T BEEN IN CONTACT WITH YOU " 5 EMAILS!!!!!!!
The last email I requested from that was on 26th Nov ( 3 months after they received the scooter for repair) they informed me that they would be in touch with an update. GUESS WHAT THEY DIDNT! I have given the company opportunities to repair this product or supply a replacement over the past 3 months unfortunately I have lost all confidence in the product and company. So I called them today and firstly before the customer service lady asked my name she informed me that she couldn't help me, even though I had spoken to her last month about it. I asked her for the manger, she then told me she could help and look into the case, she passed me onto the manager. He told me he didn't have an update and would call me back in a week, I said he wouldn't as I have at least 5 Emails that prove this, I told the company that I wanted my money back they have had the scooter longer than we have! I told them they had two hours to get this arranged, GUESS WHAT NO ONE CALLED. I called them and apparently the manager was not at his desk ! And here we are now !!!!!! I HAVE A DAUGHTER WITH NO SCOOTER !

To sum this up WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, RUDE, FULL OF PROMISE AND DELIVER NOTHING. BE WARNED YOU WILL HEAR NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY

Really great

Really great, efficient and friendly customer service. Rebecca was the lady who I dealt with and she was a brilliant help and really knowledgeable on the products.

Check youtube videos before buying products.

Best service by customer even your product js fault too immediate assist and next day pick up and drop of your escooter. No extra charges all covered in warranty.
Customer service is top notch.
Wish I had continued with the product from here but it had alot of faults.

After I bought my scooter my mud guard…

After I bought my scooter my mud guard broke and I was out of the warranty time. I tried to find another one and was charged 60 pound for one mudguard for my Jeep scooter. I got in contact with customer service explained my problem that my mud guard had broken. They put me in contact with a company and within seven days I had two mud guards for 50 pound. So all I can say is your customer service is out of this world full on helpful full and understanding. 10 out of 10 customer service and thank you for your help.

Excellent Customer Service!

I had an issue with the scooter I purchased. I contacted customer services and they collected the original and replaced it with an upgraded model within 24hrs at no extra charge.
Customer service this good is rare.
I would definitely recommend Moov

My Jeep 2xe Camou Electric Scooter is outstanding. Super fast delivery. I even forgot to put my door number down, so I emailed customer service and was sorted out straight away. But like I said absolutely loving my new scooter no problems no issues just fun fun fun ☺️😊☺️☺️😊☺️😁😁😁

Ps From all the other places I looked for this scooter none of them could match this price.

The customer service here seems to be…

The customer service here seems to be quite good, thanks to Rebecca for your help, you must be overwhelmed daily... The product however does not match. 1 scooter bought May, fault after few weeks, 2nd scooter fault after same amount of time, collected end August, return October. Takes over a month to be returned and comes back damaged. They ask me to send back so they can assess it. Terrible.

Hi Ann. Thank you for informing us you haven't received your product. A replacement product has been shipped today and will be with you tomorrow. Accessories and small parts are shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery and we pay for next day delivery. Unfortunately on the odd occasion this can take a few extra days which seems to have happened. Please feel free to keep the original product when it arrives so you have a spare for future use.
