Very good car, clean and in great repair. A bit of confusion when collecting but great service

Hired a car and it was a lovely little Cleo, super clean and comfortable, very good staff super helpful, Lucus was very friendly and Jesus was also very helpful with my return, all handled soo smoothly no issues.

Arrived promptly when messaged.I went round the car with the attendant and took photos of the car, she asked me to point out any damages, the photos were then sent to my email.
I was very pleased with the car and returning it was easy.
First rate service, as this was my first time using them, I would definitely use them again.

Never had such an easy rental procedure before. I was not sure of the keyless transaction before but it was a very smooth procedure and the customer service was available at short notice via whatsapp. We received a very new car. Everything was very good.

The best car hire at alicante Airport. Don't be put off by the fact they are not in the airport, the communication and shuttle service to your vechile are fist class. Would highly recommend

It’s the perfect way to rent a car. It was perfect. No need to wait at the terminal, to directly to the parking and take the car. Honestly the best company rent car. 😉

Jesus and all the team at Moovers have been excellent. They check the car both out and in with you to agree details of any damage, not like other hire companies who seem to want to catch you out so that they can charge extra damage fees. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Pick up and drop off at the airport were also fast and efficient.
Will definitely use Moovers again.

I’ve never done a ‘contactless’ pick up before so was a little unsure how it would work. We filled in the form a week or so before departure and emailed details of the second driver who was included on the policy we had chosen, as was full insurance, so no excess to worry about. Arrived in Mallorca after a 3 hour delay but on arrival there was a WhatsApp and an email with clear instructions (NB you will need to have data in order to unlock the car). It took us a little while to find the car because unfortunately the spaces in the car park did not have numbers, but that was not a problem (and was still far quicker than queueing up at an office). When we arrived at the car, the unlock code had timed out however I WhatsApp’d and had a reply within one minute with a new link and it was easy from there on in. The car park exit ticket and key were in the glove box as promised (you do have to pay the parking charge to leave the car park). The car itself was pristine – we were very happy with our choice.
On returning to the airport car park, I had not had any message with instructions on how to lock the car, however I WhatsApp’d and within a few minutes I received a response with a new code. Overall much much quicker than having to queue up at an office and I would definitely use them again.

Very simple collection and drop off. Would definitely use again. Nice up grade on car as well which was a nice surprise.
Took all the faff of waiting at a desk after our flight, we were on the road in minutes after collection of our bags.

Ref: Your response to my last review "False information given about insurance." You clearly did not understand my review. I didn't say I disagreed with your terms. I said that we were given false information about them in an attempt to get us to pay for expensive insurance we didn't need. Specifically, even though according to your terms if we didn't take out additional insurance we would only be liable for the 1000 euros excess, we were told we would be potentially liable for the full cost of replacing the car.

I was told that my Discover Cars insurance wasn't valid. I was lied to and given the hard sell. €160 for 6 days. The man should be sacked. Your idea of keeping the customer informed is actually to commit fraud.

We had an excellent experience with this service. We hired a car for three weeks, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off process was efficient and well-organized.
Lucas was particularly helpful—he answered all our questions and made sure everything went seamlessly.
We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

I have rented many times with Moovers and I have never had a bad experience with them. Their cars are new and clean. We always hire their own insurance for our safety and the safety of my family. They also have an amazing staff.
