I was granted a free subscription to this platform as a reward for my creativity as an artist. I started creating videos, using their content library, which all got flagged for copyright reasons on Youtube... I've uploaded some of my created content to 'my personal library' on Moovly. For a couple of months now, there's no way to access my account, the link to reset the password sent to my email address never reaches my inbox..., assistance/support is not replying. This is unbelievable!

Oh dear what has happened to Moovly?
A couple of years ago I left a glowing review. Since then things have changed. Not only am I unable to access my account, the website does not seem to be working.
I recently renewed my subscription- it wasn't cheap. Shortly afterwards I tried to access my account but was unable to. I submitted a support request. I was then quite ill for a while - hospital, surgery etc. Therefore I did not follow up when no support was forthcoming. I'm presenting at a conference in August and want to make a short film. That's when I discovered that Moovly seems defunct, or possibly suspended. I've tried submitting another ticket but, another week has passed and no reply. What has happened to Moovly?

Moovly is easy to use, however, I have been trying to get my educational rate, but continue to be charged the monthly rate for non-education. This has been very frustrating for me, and cannot get anyone to contact me.

POS CONSTANTLY LAGS AND FREEZES NO MATTER WHAT BROWSER.. waste of time and money.

Its the devil will take you days to finish something that should take 20 minutes. WORTHLESS.

All the features etc just a spider trap to get you into this night mare. They need sued for highjacking peoples time.

Experienced this for over a year thinking this garbage site would some day improve. NOPE NEVER. BUYER BEWARE.

Mentioned this MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT to only get 5,000 questions trying to pin it on my side which to no avail they never could cause they finally admitted it was their garbage program.

I decided to make a short presentation about
the visuell system (medical topic) for my studies. It was very easy to get started and made a lot of fun.

Great and easy way to make videos for social media! It's really easy to create stunning and engaging videos.

I truly like all of the detailed features that Moovly has on the website, it is an advanced way to make very nice presentations. Prezi and powerpoint look like 90's box TV's compared to the presentations you can make on Moovly. But be aware they are very indetailed and time consuming so if you are wanting fast and not concerned about quality, this is not for you but if you want great quality, maybe a promotion on the line...use Moovly! Oh and students use your school email and get a discount... like me

Easy to use and it's fun. I use it for education and pupils totaly love it. Need more doodle video. Thank you so much.

I have being using MOOVLY for the past two years. No single regret as,
- it's a very reliable system. Only 1 support ticket logged in 2 years +;
- 1.3 millions of media stock to accommodate different videos' requirements;

I strongly recommend others to try it.

Very intuitive. I created a lot off nice animations with this program

I'm new to this platform. I find it easy to use however the icons in mov. format do not appear very well. Hopefully going pro and downloading the movie will sort this out.
It would be nice to also have an email or online ticket where you can ask questions before you purchase.

It is an excellent tool if you want to make professional videos and the service is wonderful. !

My videographer spent a lot of time comparing similar services and decided on this one after we set up accounts and tested them. We chose Moovly over viddyize and others.

This system is very intuitive, with a short learning curve to improve team member participation. I like it because we can all work together, get our main points out, and you dont have to be an expert.

Moovly Charges a lot for what it is considering what Da Vinci Resolve gives you for free. It is relatively easy to use, but I think there are better options for collaboration that have a lower monthly fee.

I want to congratulate Moovly because the process for testing the service and changing the subscription was very simple and quick. I tryed other options in the market and they were very complicated.

I've been using this plateform for some weeks now and it is amasing. Very simple to use and to create in it. I just wished there were more transitional clips and pre-set carton animated sequences.

I have been using Moovly for some time and for me it is the best platform out there for creating educational videos and presentations. Despite being an online platform, it allows a powerful control of the various interface components and unrivaled creativity. With Moovly you can do everything and you can create everything. It is now part of my digital strategy. Absolutely recommended.
