Sam and the team moved me over two days from a flat to a house. I could not recommend them more - super friendly, efficient, nothing was too much trouble and not a scratch on anything. They took an aweful lot of the stress out of the house move for me. Sarah handled all the admin super quick and didn’t blink when my dates changed more than once.

Absolutely brilliant!

Sam and the team moved us from a 2 bedroom, 1st floor flat (plus pick-up from a very full storage locker) into our new house like absolute pros. The quote, booking and logistics were all fantastic and they couldn’t have been a better team on the day. We’re so grateful for everything. If you’re looking for a fantastic house removals team, Moovstuff are the best choice. Absolutely brilliant.

Moving house can be very stressful however, Moovstuff were great today. Polite, professional and extremely helpful which was further complimented with having a great sense of humour the whole time. They were extremely careful and considerate throughout the move making it that much easier and putting myself at ease. Highly recommend

The storage company we had booked with recommended Moovstuff and they were great. Boris and Ben showed up an hour early (as requested) and within 90 minutes had the van filled with the contents of our flat (a 75 sq ft storage unit). At the storage facility, the van was unpacked within an hour with the contents neatly packed away in the unit.

Both Ben and Boris were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout.

Job was moving from a two bedroom ground floor bungalow to a storage facility a few miles away, so shouldnt be too difficult for an experienced professional removal company.
Unfortunately the job took around 10-11 hours, the two assistants with Sam were clearly unsuitable for the job - the whole process of loading and then unloading was painfully slow.
After all our possessions had been transported I noticed part of a large desk had been left behind in our shed, when I told Sam this he said ‘do you want it?’ (Of course I do!) and he agreed to collect it the next day along with a few leftover bags in our house. After feedback from our neighbour of several no-shows from him and chasing, I was told it was done, ‘but took hours and was a nightmare’
When our possessions were collected from the storage facility we were charged a cleaning fee - the feedback from the removal company who collected said the place was a complete mess with clothes strewn everywhere. And when our items arrived, the bags in house were there - however no desk from the shed.

If you want a smooth stress free professional removal - avoid this company at all costs.

I was thoroughly impressed by my experience yesterday with the team. They barely took a minute to themselves all day and yet maintained attention and care to my belongings.

Most noticeable for me however was the attitude and approach. The team were constantly reassuring me past any stress all day and maintained a really positive attitude despite working incredibly hard!

The capability and attitudes I saw yesterday make moovstuff an easy recommendation for me. Thanks again lads!

We originally booked our removals for the beginning of April and because of a delay at our new build site we changed our date 4 times!!! Each time I emailed Sarah she moved the date for us with no complaints. Fast forward nearly 4 months and we got our date confirmed the week of the move. On the day we had 3 guys and 2 vans and they were the loveliest people so polite and my word they were efficient. They helped us with anything we needed and were a real joy to have with us for the day. We had a good laugh and got on so well with them I called their boss Sam as too many people are quick to complain but not to give well deserved praise. I would recommend this company to friends and family anytime.

Very pleased with Sam and his team. They did a very good job and stayed cheery even though the weather for loading was terrible and traffic on the A303 was awful.The price was very good and so was the service

Incredible service all round. Wasnt an easy job but Sam made it happen. Very happy with the price and Sams customer service was spot on, lovely guy always smiling. Will definitely recommend!
