Great quality product
Great quality product, fantastic customer service. I had a bit of trouble with one step in assembly but eventually was able to resolve it and I'm very happy with my new entryway console. Look forward to purchasing from Mopio again

Customer service and bang for buck
Customer service from Vimala was great when I got a coupon almost right after I placed my order. They helped in giving me an adjustment and now that I see the furniture at home it is great value for the money I spent on it and looks great!

I’m a repeat customer here at Mopio. What I’ve purchased I’ve loved, shipping is so much faster than you’d expect. Until my most recent purchase I never needed customer service. The nightstands were exactly what I wanted but I hadn’t anticipated how large they were. When I spoke with the company about a return we had already opened and started assembly on one of the tables. One table was still boxed as arrived. Long and short of it was, Edelwinna arranged for us to donate the open box to a local charity, with a full refund to us. We were provided with a prepaid return label and dropped it off at FedEx and will be getting full refund on it as well. I love a company and customer service reps like Edelwinna that go the extra mile to see to it you are satisfied with your experience. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I know I’ll be back!

One piece of furniture missing a component, replaced everything
I ordered several pieces of furniture, and one piece was delivered without a component required to complete the build. The customer service rep, Edelwina, was very helpful and I ended up getting a completely new piece of furniture delivered. I am extremely grateful and very pleased with the service. I will 100% be ordering from Mopio again. Solid experience.

Damaged boxes
Boxes were damaged when delivered. This us a Christmas gift so wont be opened until then. Im hoping the pieces of the cabinet are ok

Mopio - impressive flat pack furniture
Mopio is an impressive flat pack web furniture company. I ordered a pair of Haylee nightstands and the Brooklyn headboard for our new NYC apartment. The boxes arrived in less than two days (amazing) and today I spent about 5
hours assembling the pieces. The instructions were clear and logical, the components of high quality, the parts numbered… and nothing was missing. The price is very reasonable for the quality. The wood panels and parts are labeled “Made in Indonesia”. As a former furniture professional with a lot of flatpack assembly experience I recommend this company.

Great looking furnitures at reasonable price
We ordered two pieces of furnitures from Mopio - Haylee Sideboard and Brooklyn coffee table. Both items were shipped to our house pretty quickly by FedEx. The assembling instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took less than an hour to assemble. The wooden pieces are high quality and the prices are fair.

Great for the price
Couch is great for the price! But it was a little lower than I expected and I probably wouldn't get this for my forever home. But perfect for my current apartment and the futon setup comes in handy.

Great Customer Service
I ordered a beautiful tv console but soon realized after it was not quite the right size for my space. I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order. After approximately 3 emails I received a notice that they cancelled the order. I appreciated them stopping the order.

Mopio customer service …
I had my card on file on Shopify apparently and accidentally ordered a large piece of furniture from Mopio while trying to close the page. Contacted them immediately asking for the order to be canceled. It’s been 3 days and the back and forth is ridiculous. I just needed a cancellation and confirmation of cancellation and have received neither. Mopio sent a message saying I could respond within 10 mins or the chat would close and they sent my request to the team that handles that. I would never order anything from them now after dealing with this for days. I have no idea if and when I will be refunded because I can’t seem to speak to anyone that can handle that.
