The shoes took 13 days to arrive and were wrong size
The shoes took 13 days to arrive (from China?) and the tracking system was poor. When the arrived they were the wrong size, I asked for UK size 11 and got UK size 10. The shoes were in a plastic bag and the size could not be seen until opened so the picker and packer could not see the size and errors could easily be made. I have since asked to return them and get a refund as the delay but they have been very unhelpful

Do not buy anything from this company, waited 15 days for my trainers and when I opened the poorly wrapped package, I threw them straight in the bin, the quality is dreadful, they place a cheap plastic insert into the shoes and it's like walking on a piece of wood, the trainers are worth £10 at best, absolute waste of money.

Poor quality shoes, cheap plastic shoes and don't try and return them whatever you do. After contacting their customer service I was offered a 20% refund on the shoes which was a joke. I paid a total of over £100 for 2 pairs and wanted to return them as I was not happy with the quality of the shoes. They look cheap and had no cushion on the soles which would make them uncomfortable when wearing them for an extended period of time. So I decided I wanted to return them, only to be offered a 20% refund instead of a full refund. I really hate dealing with these dodgy Chinese based drop shippers. They never obey the Distance selling regulations for the UK. Buyers beware. If you want cheap looking Chinese rubbish and no possibility of returning them, then you found the right place. Lesson learned for me. Stay AWAY!!
