I thought I was ordering a door knob, not a door pull. Picture of product was blown up to twice the size of a door pull. Who wants to pay over $50 for a door pull. Rather disappointed. Now I have to go through process of a return. No enjoyment in that.

The carving was a perfect addition to a drop front desk I made.

This place has a very impressive selection of ceiling medallions and was the only one that had one with the inner diameter I needed. The outer diameter is not large enough to cover the damage, however, so it would have been helpful to have more options. The quality is pretty sketchy for the price. It's made of some sort of cast foam that definitely needs paint and being up high enough not to see the details. Since it was not custom made I believe it was severely overpriced by a factor of at least 4x. I wouldn't mind the cost if it were custom made and did the job. What I got only begins to take care of the issue.

Shipping is fast and prices are good, but anciently purchased the incorrect adhesive. Unfortunately, you cannot return an unopened tube of adhesive. I would, however, buy from them again.

We received our corbels and they are beautiful. Very high quality.

Ordered two carved items. One shipped from a separate location. The first arrived in just a couple days. The one that shipped from separate location took 13 days to receive. A little longer than I or my customer would have liked. The quality and finish sanding of both appliques are very nice though.

They were wonderful to work with. I needed medallions in a timely manner and they were delivered right on time.

These corbels are hand-carved so they have some very minor errors in the design. Also, one side of a corbel has concave, natural wood imperfections in it. That could have been avoided if the board with the imperfections had been moved to the interior or swapped out for a board without imperfections when the wood was made into a thick piece from gluing many boards together. We can use wood putty to fix the concave imperfections. However, it does make us worry a bit about the quality of the interior boards if this board was considered good enough to be on the outside edge. One good thing is that although the backside of the corbel—that will be hidden after installation —shows that the corbel was made from many boards glued together, the front of the corbel does not reveal that the corbel was made from multiple boards. We were excited to receive the corbels for our remodel and they did not disappoint. We are very happy with our purchase and just hope they have the strength needed to do their job adequately. We think they will, so we recommend this product.
