a brilliant new fragrance boutique
I already own over 120 niche fragrances, so I’m well placed to judge the quality, packaging and service.
MTP popped up on my Facebook feed and I was curious about the ‘Velours Noir’ fragrance.
However, €140 for a 50 ml blind buy was too expensive for me; but the offer to order two further 50 ml + 10 ml fragrances of my choice for FREE did tempt me. So I also ordered “Golden Sunset” and “The Oud I Love”.
The delivery from Austria was faster than ever; I was kept constantly updated on the status, which was really impressive and better than I’d experienced before.
When the beautifully packaged box arrived, I was quite amazed:
Inside the large box containing the main fragrance was a drawer holding a further 3 x 2.5 ml samples of all the fragrances. You can keep these for free and test them thoroughly before deciding whether to keep the fragrances or send them back – so there’s absolutely no risk involved!
As for the fragrances themselves:
I really like all three; they’re high quality, though the sillage could be a bit stronger – they’re a little too close to the skin for my liking.
Conclusion:
Concept, service, products, delivery, processing and fragrances – all truly 5-star. Only the bottles (with the exception of Veloirs Noir) and the sillage could be a bit better.
