SCAM ALERT

An ad for Morgan-Vancouver popped up while I was on social media. I didn`t do my due diligence and believed the advertising about this shop going out of business. It turns out there is no brick and mortar M-V store and all goods come straight from China. They are of substandard quality. I tried to return what I purchased and they offered me some money back, and delayed, and did everything they could to discourage my return. Finally they played out the limited time for returns and I accepted small refund. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE. This vendor has nothing to do with Vancouver. Though their website says items can be returned, it is on your dime... back to China!

DO NOT ORDER FROM MORGAN

DO NOT (wish I could bolden the text) order from these horrible people.
SCAM SCAM SCAM

Cancelled order immediately after order emailed back was NOT what I ordered. Said shipped 2 minutes after my order.

Received 3 items of 7 ordered.

Junk quality / No replies to request for return shipping instructions.

Only Amazon moving forward.

A more-cynical-than-I-was-before-my-"Morgan Vancover"-experience consumer.

So disappointed and angry

Morgan Vancouver is a scam

Morgan Vancouver is a scam. I thought I was supporting a long-time Vancouver company that was going out of business, but it was just a shoddy drop-ship company originating in China. I am glad I only bought one of the least expensive items, a simple shirt. When it finally arrived it did fit and it is "kind of" like what was shown, but the material is a cheap polyester blend and badly made. It is worth $25 at most, not $50 (advertised as 50% off $100). It's not worth the expense to return it. I was taken in by social media ad and the website. I will be way more careful next time.

If I could rate them a zero I would

If I could rate them a zero I would. This business is a scam. Sweaters are not sweaters just prints on fabric not even Knitt.
DO NOT BUY. They are not a Vancouver based company but Made in China and refunds are: You have to send to China at your expense and on receipt they will refund on receipt of product only the purchased amount - not worth sending back you will be risking loosing even more money in my opinion. I got sucked in by the ad saying they were retiring. DONT DO THIS!!!!!

Warning...this is a drop ship company…

Warning...this is a drop ship company in China...has NOTHING to do with Vancouver...misrepresenting themselves...I am sure they just pick 100 cities and say Morgan Boston...Morgan Paris....the quality is very poor...sizing is wrong and no returns unless you ship to China at $80 for a package...run away...what a waste of money

Buyer beware!

The jacket quality is worse than poor. The product descriptions and photos, with the accompanying photos of the owners and their alleged shop interior, appear to be an elaborate scam. What I received is a Chinese-made cloth jacket with fake fur lining that I could buy for under $20 at a discount store in Toronto. Buyer beware!!! Worst purchase ever.

Morgan Vancouver is a Scam

I have to agree with other reviewers - the products I received are simply not as shown. They are shoddily made of cheap materials and shipped from China to be distributed locally by Canada Post. The advertising is definitely a scam. I will reluctantly donate rather than simply garbage as a return is financially usurious.

Totally miss leading!

Should rate them no star at all. Bought nearly 500$ worth products on the Boxing Day, it showed “shipped” immediately on their website, however I have not received my products until today Jan 17! Do not buy from this app!

I ordered a beautiful hand-crafted wool…

I ordered a beautiful hand-crafted wool Christmas sweater with appliqués and received a cheap, polyester t-shirt with an ugly printed pattern to resemble the look of the wool sweater. It took weeks to come and it came from China, not Vancouver. I had spent about $75 in good faith and was totally ripped off. I have no faith that if I were to try to return it that I would receive a refund as it is obviously a hoax.

This company is a Chinese drop shipper…

This company is a Chinese drop shipper disguising itself as a legitimate brick and mortar store that is going out of business. There is not, nor ever was, a physical location for this store. I sent a link for a sweater to my wife and before I could do any more research, she had ordered it for me. It is very low quality; worth about a quarter of the sale price and the sizing is completely wrong. An XL is smaller than most companies' medium. DO NOT order from this fraudulent company.

Scam!

Scam! This is not a real company; they sent the meme of a sweater and not the sweater itself.

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES

DON'T ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES! I thought this was a legit family company based in Vancouver but NO!! They are a fraudulent company from China. Cheap garbage purse arrived after a long shipping time (made sense once I knew it originated in China). I wanted to return it but close to impossible. I got repeated emails saying they would send a return form that never came, in a copy/paste message that repeated itself. Clearly English isn't their 1st language. I basically set fire to the money for this purchase.

A fraud alert from my credit card made…

A fraud alert from my credit card made me think twice and googled Morgan-Vancouver found this review. Thank you for saving me from this scam!!! I thought I was supporting a family business too after viewing on Facebook. Can't trust anyone/company on line without doing a google search first!

Scam. This is a Chinese retail distribution company. Nothing to do with any Canadian Company!

The ads in October 2024 described a family Canadian company from 1999 that had to close and was selling off its stock in days. However, I now know that this is a Chinese company with a website for Chinese products using the name 'Morgan Vancouver'. What would you think? I thought I was supporting a faltering and the closing of a long-standing Canadian family business. More fool me! My received order needed to be returned because it was too small. Many emails later, the company offered several alternative options to avoid refunding my money and accepting a return. I have complained to the Canadian Standards of Advertising for the initial ad deception. Do not 'buy in' as I did, thinking this is a Canadian company. Initial ads claiming the 'heartbreaking decision to close the business' are no longer available. Of course...
