Communication was excellent, and he was always quick to respond to any questions. All the legal issues were taken care of on our behalf and were oversee by John every step of the way.
John made us feel at ease discussing finances as he could explain this in a way that you could understand.
He was always happy to talk about his Cricket career, which gave us a sense and feeling of a more personal service. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would recommend them. 😊

Tony helped us secure a remortgage with additional borrowing to pay off our help to buy loan and consolidate debts. It was a very quick and painless process. He was very transparent about the situation and supported us through the HTB process. We pushed to try and consolidate debt which he also managed. Great help in the process and we did all that and he secured us a much better rate then we had before. Would definitely recommend him!

Their broker Natalie in particular always explained each step and took away much of the stress dealing with multiple people and organisations.
