Have felt in such safe hands with David Scourfield from this company. He has been so friendly, helpful, dedicated and a pleasure to work with. I had many questions (and panics!) as this is the first time I have bought alone and he was so patient and went above and beyond to reassure me and answer all my questions even at weekends and on evenings (and found me a great deal in tricky circumstances.) After being refused from high street lenders our hope of remortgaging was slim. After speaking with John he gave lots of reassurance and was very confident he would get us a good deal. John Cavill has been brilliant again. This is the 3rd time that John has helped secure us a fantastic mortgage. This time around we were trying to release some equity by going direct to our current provider, who rejected our application. Disheartened and unsure what to do next. I've used John for the last 10 years, and every time he has been exceptional.
I really have no real idea with the mortgage products, what's available and what's best for me and my position, but John always seems too. I simply would have been lost without his support and help.
Absolute fantastic help, as he always has been.
Plus his fee has not increased a penny in 10 years!!! 🤷
