2nd day into week told not needed anymore.
Jack lied said he left me voicemail (he didnt) about not to go to site on monday.
Let me work 2 days then tried to not pay, was struggle to get money told me "it's the nature of the game".

I got messages from them with Daily rate amount.
Now I will take legal action with two other joiners to get our money back.
Of course no one texted back from agency just nice and quiet about not paying money to workers.
Well I heard you won some kind of awards which is a just a big surprise.

HGV Drivers Avoid These Cowboys
Applied for a HGV Class 1 job on Indeed at a rate of £195 per shift.
Did 5 shifts before receiving the details for their 3rd party payroll where you have to self register.
Once pay day arrived they paid a rate at £30 per shift less than advertised. After contacting the agent (Adrian) to ask why, he said the advertised rate was for Umberella and not PAYE. This was in no way mentioned on the Indeed job description. It simply stated £195 per shift.
He said to take up the issue with payroll which I did, and payroll told me that they didn't have any info on me prior to me registering myself. By then I'd done 5 shifts at what I thought was £195 rate but Morgan King sent £165 per shift to payroll.
Naturally as a driver I was disgruntled by this issue but Adrian said I'm just like all drivers who have a bad attitude, and that we are ten a penny.
I've never dealt with such incompetence and false advertising from an agency in all my years driving.
If I'd of known the actual rate that they were going to pay initially then I'd of never taken the job but they waited a week to send payroll details AFTER I'd completed 5 shifts.
Total violation of trading standards and false information. I will now be looking at legal action to recover the loss of wages due to not being paid at the advertised rate.
Drivers, avoid this 'Agency'. They are cowboys in my opinion.
Don't pay wages
I went to an assignment for morgan king, i arrived on site 30 min in advanced, up on arrival to the site i signed in and contacted the contact i was given to inform him i am now on site.
i was told to wait in the canteen where i waited and waited. i spoke to the contact a few times asking what's happening he kept saying ill be there in 10 min to take me for induction. it ended up me waiting for most of the day, in the end the contact told me i missed the induction now as they do it on a morning...
he then said go home and come back tomorrow.
i contacted morgan king to update them on what's happened on site, i mentioned i don't mind the mess about as long as im paid for my time on site.
they did agree but they called the client to confirm.
morgan king called me later that evening to tell me i am not getting paid for it not even to cover travel costs ect.
i disputed this with them but they just ignored me and stoped giving me work.
i ended up going to acas to try and rectify this issue but they said to acas there not paying so i should take them to court. reason there not paying is "he turned up late and missed the induction" This is lies what they don't realise is i have all the correspondence to and from morgan king which proves i was on site early.
To morgan king your not even a number the attitude on them is unbelievable.
Extremely poor service and false…
Extremely poor service and false information provided by this agency. Stay clear of them. Also, they have breached their own complaints procedure as I have not heard from them for over a month since I made a formal complaint.
My experience can be summarises as follows: I received poor service, inadequate communication and false information about the hourly rate from Jack Diamond, which I relied upon to take on plumbing work. This false information led to me experiencing anxiety, stress, and inconvenience. They also kept telling me they would pay me respect on certain dates and they failed to do as it led to a delay in the payment for services over 2 weeks.
I first asked Jack whether I needed to complete any further paperwork on the 10th May for payment and his response was on the 13th May confirming that I needed to do the Morgan King registration. I completed this on the same date. Then, on the 16th May, Jack confirmed I would be paid on the 24th May which was two weeks after I started, which I mentioned was unusual for site work! I also called into speak with staff members of Morgan King as to when I would get paid and was told they would call me back on a few occasions and never did!
I then asked Jack on the 24th May why I have not been paid as he said I would be. He then responded on the same date to say he was in the delivery suite and said I needed to contact the contractor directly as to why payment has not been made (yes can you believe it, an agency I am working with to source work who have/will be paid for this then ask me to do their job?) . This was very unprofessional, unusual and I was not made aware that he was on leave, or provided any contact details for anyone at Morgan King who was looking after my matter in his absence.
I then contacted the contractor directly on the 24th May to request payment at the correct rate Morgan King confirmed to me, then discovered this hourly rate was disputed by the contractor (he said less was agreed with Morgan King of £23 rather than £26). Absolute poorly dealt with by Watertight Plumbing and Heating also as they also made promises for payment then changed their tune and pushed it back on Morgan King.
Once the contractor was contacted, I then had further issues getting paid as Nick said he would pay me on the 24th May, but then last minute said his accountant needed ID information so payment would be made on 28th May. I then chased for an update and was then told by Sean from Morgan King that he spoke with Nick who said that he would make payment by the end of the day or if I kept contacting Nick, then he said that Morgan King would pay me on the Friday. This was also extremely unprofessional and I should not have even been asked to contact the contractor directly - Morgan King should have dealt with this as the agency.
It is now clear that no handover was provided to another colleague to set up the payment due to me which caused a delay with my payment being processed. When I asked Jack about this, he said that he thought someone else would handle it before he went on paternity leave! Yet, did not know the person's name? This was not handled and in fact contradicts his message of the 24th May where he did not inform me anyone else was dealing with the payment (instead, he told me to contact the contractor directly).
I was also told I could not be found in the system after registering with Morgan King and confirming this to Jack on the 13th May. Jack and Sean then asked me again to complete the registration on the 28th May.
Finally, after putting in a complaint to Gemma, I waited 2 weeks to hear back from the investigation which I was told a response would be then available but no response since. I then chased for an update recently and not even the courtesy of a response. This experience with Morgan King shows the lack of respect and courtesy and would advise anyone taking on work with Morgan King to be wary of this unprofessional service and stress that no one should have to face.
Avoid like the plague. There are much better recruitment agencies out there that actually do there job correctly and do not provide false information.
