Very bad customer service

Went for an interview, first thing was poor sign to show how to locate the company. Had a 9:30am appointment with Jack the Teamleader, was still in the waiting area at 10:05am with no courtesy for the delay. Then received a call at 10:18am after I left to say his just been outside and could not find me and no single apology for the delay. I am true worry on how their customers are being treated.

Health and safety danger

Over a month now of sewage gas exposure and sickness and diarrhoea from a firstly detached soil gas pipe in the loft leaking sewage gas fully into the house. Gaffa tape isn’t really suitable for fixing it up. Pipe still has a leak. Contractors don’t appear to have a clue what they are doing. Cowboys from our experience. Every time the job is handed to MS it’s closed as complete without anyone ever contacting us.

WARNING IF YOU ARE CLINICALLY VULNERABLE.
We are and have informed the office that contractors wear a mask when entering the premises. They ignore this and two in the past two weeks have ignored this.

Today the usual extremely rude obnoxious woman who books appointments telephoned, despite the job having been shut down already as complete yet again. Got nasty and practically hung up because we had become very ill with covid and contagious and we said a contractor would have to wait until we are better. They are happy to send their contractors into covid positive homes and ignore wearing masks In clinically vulnerable homes.

They seem to be a law unto themselves and the health, safety and potential lives of tenants mean nothing to them.

Last review I wrote I was asked to make contact with the issue and never had a reply. Just silence. Disgraceful company.

Worst company for maintenance all they do is break things,Tell lies and that's not all they do that they shouldn't. I can't trust Morgan and sindell no more as they can't even be bothered to reply to my complaints. Very unprofessional company

Abusive driver

I have just witnessed a male driver in a Morgan Sindall van shouting, swearing and hurling abuse at a learner driver in front of them. The driver was waiting to turn right at some traffic lights but because they didn’t turn fast enough, the driver felt it was acceptable to shout and swear repeatedly out of the window.

He was shouting so loudly I could hear him over 100m away which is why it caught my attention.

I would not want this employee anywhere near a property let alone vulnerable people.

This company and Walthamstow Council…

This company and Walthamstow Council have caused me so much distress.
It is part of my tenancy agreement to report any repairs, but I am damned if I do and damned if I don't.
I spent the whole day in a state of anxiety, my heart pounding waiting for the engineer to turn up to look at broken toilet flush and dripping tap, he came and then said he has to order the parts!
He didn't even have a tool bag with him, so obviously never had any intentions of doing anything. I have now got a stressful fight on my hands, phoning Walthamstow Council and being spoken to like dirt.
I have a mental illness and it's making me depressed.

Burst water pipe in my house

Burst water pipe in my house, called at 10am Friday morning to be told someone will be out. Waited in all day, someone arrived at 5.45. Can't do the work as its an emergency job. Was told it will be repaired Monday. Get a text message today (Monday) to say they won't be able to do it until Friday. I have 3 children, no running water. I also have a job that I can't just take time off with a click of fingers and they expect me to just bow to them. Very rude customer services too. Complaint to be made formally.

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service. So called professional workmen what a complete joke. Smashed kitchen to pieces looking for a pipe that wasn’t there, broke kitchen work top despite me asking them not to stand on this. Crow barred cupboard on the wall which had screw fittings , that could easily be unscrewed. Dirty shoes👣 marched in and out of my flat with no concern. poor or absent communication at all times. Broke sink which was new and dug up concrete outside my flat looking for a non existent pipe !t!!. They back flushed the drains without informing me and black offensive liquid spewed out in fountains over kitchen walls curtains and floor. Never found the pipe they were looking for !!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they want to come in again. What ????????? To look in the same places , madness. Cost me £420 to paint get kitchen fixed and not a penny from company despite the company earning over 4 million a year. Disgraceful

Absolute cowboys……

Absolute cowboys…9 months after reporting a leaking tap, they had to break the bath panel to get into it and now, after 3 times of being cancelled because there’s not enough tradesmen, I have to wait another 3 months.

Not one star. Do not use.

Not one star. No option for none. Joke of a company. Left me waiting all day and told at 7pm he was two jobs away. When I called again after 9pm I was told he isn't coming because it's out of hours, yet 7pm is out of hours, to fix a leak under my bath going to the ceiling downstairs where a light fitting is. Three kids and we're all wide awake at half 12 at night waiting to be told could be anything from now until 8am. Another day of work lost for me no doubt.

DREADFUL COMPANY

This company is simply terrible. They're only staying afloat because of contracts, but the council should really consider finding someone else. They've cancelled on us multiple times and treated my disabled mother terribly on the phone. The customer service is horrendous. I talked to Iqra first, who was chewing and ignoring some of my question and also giving sarcastic and rude responses. Then today, Mambu was just as bad. The only positive thing is the engineers who've visited us before, but even they must be frustrated with the admin team. This whole ordeal has caused us so much stress, and we're definitely taking this further.

Mickey mouse club house

never before have I seen such mickey mouse club house, cowboy builder rubbish before, laughable how these even have a contract. was morgan sindal to get paid after a job is done then no one is getting paid, phone is full of the clamity work and the clowns that done the work. shame you cant post pics here really. that's without Jordan from the office confirming on a recoded call that work is never checked unless scafolding is used. then again no one inspected my roof during or after the job was complete so massive contditrion there jordan. total jokers

My friend has been left without a…

My friend has been left without a toilet in her flat for more than 24 hours.She is 76 years old and has hearing problems.
Dispite numerous telephone call is being told it is not life threatening.
So they will not come out .
Eventually they said they would send someone.She waited up all night and still no one came .What sort of service is this that a 76 year old is expected to manage without a toilet. I am sorry but this company needs serious looking at

If I could give them no stars I would

If I could give them no stars I would. What a joke of a company. Half the time ‘engineers’ have no clue what they’re coming for and the worst thing is they will book you in for a perffered time slot but will try show up random times like they feel. You try contacting the offices and they will just hang up on you without saying anything. Engineers will rush the job every time even if it’s bodged. Avoid at all cost if possible.

Burst Tank.

On Sunday our tank burst in the loft,it went through two floors,an emergency workmen came out took pictures and said he'd report all that needs doing, we have been without water in shower and toilet upstairs since Sunday,two workmen have been,neither knew what was going on,the 2nd one took more pictures and said he'd report it,nothing,the people that answer the phones are useless, they ignore everything you say,a man turned up last night with bottled water,we told the phone operator we needed our toilets and shower as my mum is 82 and
serverly disabled and they sent bottled water,I am contacting my local MP as nobody should be left 3 days without a toilet

Useless company

Useless company, the sooner South Essex Homes (another waste of space company) get rid of them the better.
They believe it's acceptable for a home not to have hot water for 2 weeks because it takes them 3 hours to replace an immersion heater. 1 star is way to much for them.
