Have just purchased a Honda Jazz from Morgan as a first car for our daughter. From the first phone call to picking the car up we received great service from Morgan who is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate for this great business he runs.
Even when we had a small problem a couple of days after collecting the car (engine management light on dash) Morgan didn't hesitate in having the car back in to check and diagnose the problem. He did the computer diagnosis in front of me, found the issue, got parts ordered and fitted the very next day. Would 100% recommend this dealer , very open and honest approach and all of this was on a 14 year old car costing less than £2000. Would definitely use Morgan again without any hesitation.

I recently brought a Honda CR-V from Morgan. Having had some previous experience of buying cars from dealers who were very good and theirs cars were as stated, I can honestly say that Morgan is excellent ! He is a level above the best used car dealers that I have had the good fortune to have found. he is honest, open, helpful and very passionate about his trade. His standards are excellent regarding all aspects of selling you a car, he totally understands the I issues that one can have when purchasing a car and makes you feel at ease. I also found Morgan to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I’d feel confident about buying another car from Morgan, he looks after his customers and he genuinely cares about giving value for money, there are no short cuts with Morgan, he will endeavour to help you and he really is a nice guy to do business with. Absolutely amazing. Went to buy a new car of course and was so happy with everything. Customer service was great. Booked in to look at the car I saw advertised and worked around times that suited me so I wouldn't have to try and get time off work. Showed up and the car was all valeted and looking great. He let us look around the car whilst he made us teas. Then gave us a full tour of the car showing the engine, boot size, any defects to the car (scratches, dents and such) but the car was immaculate. Let me go for a test drive in it to see how it drove. Then we asked questions. He knew the answers we needed and on a couoem that he wasnt sure on (such as condition of cam belt/ cam chain) he found out for us easy enough. Then booked to get go pick it up. We got to pick it up the next week and he had it re valeted, serviced and a new years mot put on (no advisories at all!) He also threw in a y month warranty. Overall probably the best experience of buying a car highly HIGHLY recommend.

We turned up out of the blue last week to look at the car, not realising we should have made an appointment.
Morgan was an absolute gent and even though he was dealing with another satisfied customer, he made us a hot drink and made us welcome.
He was not pushy and not like a salesman at all. He was due to go home but showed us the car and took us for a test drive. After sorting out a deposit and booking the car in for a service we left, certain we had made the right decision.
Today we collected the car. It was ready for us, beautifully valeted and looking brand spanking new.
Morgan left us to look around the car whilst he was busy (with another coffee). Sorted out the paperwork and off we went.
Morgan is a lovely person and pleasure to do business with. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will deal with him again in the future without hesitation.

Buying my daughter’s first car ended up being a genuinely great experience thanks to Morgan. From our initial enquiry through to driving the car away he went out of his way to ensure that he understood what my daughter wanted/needed and gave her lots of really helpful and objective guidance which I’m sure will stand her in good stead for future purchases. At no point did he try to ‘sell’ her a car, but instead focussed on providing honest, friendly customer service at a level that I’ve not experienced for some years. This made the decision to buy from Morgan very easy - so much so that he’s now looking for a car for my other daughter.

Forget all of your preconceptions about second hand car dealers - Morgan could not be further from that stereotype. Down to earth, honest, a true gent and extremely knowledgable about everything to do with cars.
Morgan was on hand to take me through every step of my purchase, from test drive to handing the keys over, I felt like I was a VIP customer and nothing was too much trouble.

I've recently bought a car from Morgan after seeing a Kia Sportage advertised on Auto Trader.

Have to say it was a great experience. I'd looked at a lot in the week or so before visiting Morgan and this was the first car i'd seen that was in the condition described to me over the phone. Immaculate! Clearly the car had been prepped for the appointment and on arrival Morgan couldn't have been more helpful.

He first took us round the car and pointed out any slight imperfections in the bodywork then went through all the cars history before offering up the keys for a test drive, which was a decent distance and Morgan answered any questions etc with plenty of detail.

Genuinely, if you want to deal with an honest guy who knows his stuff and provides service that you will struggle to find in any industry, let alone used car sales, give him a call! 10/10 and will be using in the future for certain!
