Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company. We ordered breakfast through them instead of shopping ourselves as a treat for Christmas but it never arrived and they ignore emails. The result was the kids were waiting for what we ordered and we had to explain it’s not coming… They care more about instagram content than helping customers.

We truly apologize that the breakfast didn’t arrive as planned, especially since it was meant as a thoughtful surprise during the holiday season. That’s definitely not the experience we want to give our customers, and we completely understand the disappointment.
Our customer service team always strives to respond as quickly as possible, but during busy periods – especially around Christmas – delays can unfortunately occur. Over the holidays, we also had a longer break, which affected our response times.
