I made a purchase, which went on clearance the next day before order was processed. I contacted MorningSave customer service and asked if I could get a price adjustment for the new price, and Jessica responded quickly and gave me a credit for the difference back to my card. I am not usually an impulse buyer, but the Blendjet2 shown on MorningSave for $12 each & 25% larger capacity, seemed too good to pass up. So I bought 3, intending on using some or all as Xmas gifts. SO glad I did not gift them before testing them. Turns out none of them performed as advertised. I reached out to BlendJet several times via email & Facebook chat, to no avail. Their phone # is non-functioning as well. So I turned to MorningSave for advice on what to do next. After ONE email , I received a response from Jessica, offering me a full credit for all 3 items, no need to return them. WOW!! She just restored my faith in humanity in one fell swoop! I reached out to the co & have a tix# with no return response to say it was missing pieces. Since no one got back to me I requested an RMA & still nothing. This is not acceptable. I would really like to know HOW the other reviews are receiving such great follow up customer service.

Right AFTER I posted I received a response from Jessica @ morningsave merged my tickets & asked for a photo which I sent but I just want an RMA form at this point to return the juicer. We'll see how this goes. I'm optimistic. To be continued

I purchased a home auto vac on the 5 December 2025 it didn't work for me. So I contact you all and received a message on December 21 on how to return it. I mailed on December 29 and it was delivered to the warehouse on the December 30 and signed for. And still no refund. Never again will anything else.

I ordered an item from Morning Save, December 18th. They missed the window that they gave me for delivery. I sent a couple of emails to them. They did contact me to let me know.The package was on its way and thank goodness for Samantha.She did reply to my email to put my mind at rest.

I opened a ticket or inquiry in regards to a purchase I made for my sister and brother in law for Christmas as the unit I received did not work.
I received a reply from Jessica early this week and with just a couple notes back and forth, Jessica resolved my issue with a credit back to my cc. The level of service Jessica provided was just outstanding and she needs to be recognized for this. It's awesome that she would go the extra mile, Thank You Jessica for your help
