Dishonest & unproffesional

Sent out a different product whilst in lockdown to what ordered, mitt not sent out. Promised to send correct product once shipment arrived along with missing mitt in february. Contacted in April, no response via email. Called landline, disconnected. Sent whatsapp to number listed.. ignored!! Why take someones money if u cant deliver the correct item. Dishonest and unprofessional. The one star solely to be able to add a review. Do not waste your money!!

A really good product if you use it…

A really good product if you use it according to the instructions provided - came with a complimentary Kesse Mitt too.

Smells just like a traditional hammam and it is
divine when the aroma fills the shower - probably really quite good for relaxation as well as for congested noses due to the mentholated scent.

My skin feels really soft after a good scrub - I use it once weekly.

The tub is a little smaller than I was expecting but that could just be my poor calculation.

All in all, a really worthwhile product and I will definitely repurchase when this pot reaches its end.
