Ordered an awesome green man style Morphsuit on Thursday morning & it arrived the very next day! Super impressed by how quick delivery was and the Morphsuit is awesome \m/

I am very dissatisfied with my order.
I had asked for express delivery, 1 to 2 days delivery in theory but I received in a week.
Sent on November 6th, received on November 12th :/
When I tried the costume, the inflatable system didn't work at all.
You should try your products before shipping them :(

If I could give zero stars I would. Return still not credited. Item sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery on 10th of October so I know you have received it. Secondly I keep submitting requests via your contact us page , but no one bothers to reply. Terrible after sales service.

Ordered kids stone age costume a week early for ‘next business day delivery’
Stone Age day is tomorrow and costume hasn’t been dispatched. Very upset child and not a happy mum. Wish I’d come here before I ordered

I bought my nephew a costume for Halloween next week! and it was delivered absolutely filthy and dirty! Unacceptable considering I paid $45 including shipping! Sent an email to get this resolved asap!

I had unfortunately read all of the negative reviews after placing an order so started to panic, but I had no issues with them whatsoever. I have just knocked a star off as you don’t receive a confirmation email which is slightly unsettling. Other than that I can’t fault them, the delivery was super fast and the costumes I ordered (Men’s and women’s ringmaster costumes) were decent quality for the price.

...Skeleton costume. No mouth opening. No toiletries opening. Company advertising across rear. Rear zipper is TOTALLY impractical. Just hope there is a returns policy

Doesn't answer your emails. This company is not reliable!

The fan stopped working and the company refuse to communicate with me as I have misplaced my order number. Although this is the only company that creates these costumes, so im unsure why an order number matters

Bad experience.
The company promises a 1-2 days shipping but it is false. Whit the tracking number they sent you, you can understand that is not 1-2 days but 5-15 days !!!
I feel scammed

Ordered a costume on Sunday evening. It was delivered by lunchtime on the Tuesday. Because I hadn't received a confirmation email by the Monday I emailed their customer services. They responded in less than 24 hours to tell me that my order was out for delivery.

The costume is good quality and fits well. All in all they have been a Reay good company to buy from.

The only complaints I have are the lack of confirmation email and my order number not being recognised when I tried to track via their website.
However their prompt response to my email and prompt delivery has more than made up for it.

I read the many negative reviews only after placing the order, and I was a little worried, also because I never received any email, either order confirmation or shipping confirmation. However, the package tracking link provided by filling out the order status request form works very well.
The package arrived a day late (which is ok), and the costume (horror clown for boys) was really very nice and also not bad in terms of workmanship.

Seriously bad clothing. I ordered a Blue Dancing Queen Ladies outfit. The trousers were hipsters (just about) with seriously flimsy elastic aged waist.
Perfect if you want trousers that fall down!
Don’t go near a naked flame in them!

Stay away from this scammer!
They promise orders processed in 4 working days, but they want your money without giving you the goods.
I placed an order and after a week I contacted the seller, because I hadn't even received a tracking number.
They tell me that my order has been lost due to the courier.
They put another one, but it failed, because the address was wrong. They issued a new one for the third time and told me it would ship a week after notification! Finally they told me that the third attempt had also failed.
15 days have passed since the promised 4 days and I still haven't received a Tracking Number. I had to report this to Paypal to get my money back.
Dangerous!

Poor quality costume. Dirty upon opening and jacket torn at the back when putting on for party. Spoilt the night. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered some Halo Master chief gloves for my sons xmas gift. I received emailed confirmation from DPD about delivery “we have received details. Just waiting for your parcel”
I emailed and emailed and emailed. Wrote on social media sites to them. I ordered on the 1.12.2022 and now on 12.12.2022 I have yet to receive any item, or any communication to all my emails I have sent!

Absolutely shocking and I wish I had searched out reviews before ordering!!

Unfortunately 1 of the Halloween costumes that I ordered arrived damaged. The other was too small for my son so I needed to return both. I emailed Morphsuits and they replied quickly asking for a photo of the damaged costume and offered a full refund. Once I supplied the photo, with a couple of days I'd received a full refund for both costumes plus a refund of the postage I'd paid. Great customer service, good communication and timely responses. I would highly recommend Morphsuits.

I saw the bad reviews after placing the order and was hit with dread.

Fortunately, I couldn't be happier.

The delivery was next day and the adult reaper suit is incredible.
Have just stopped for a quick coffee and to leave this review and then i'm getting straight back in it for a run around.

Where do I start with this company, ordered a suit, changed my mind & wanted to cancel a few hours later. Stated the next day that they can’t cancel and shipping will still be done. Forcing people to take an order. Claimed through PayPal got my money back straight away now getting emails telling me to send back at my expense… don’t think so you can send a pre paid sticker. Word of advice always pay with PayPal and also read trustpilot reviews. Horrible company avoid at all costs.

Do not buy suits from this company! I ordered a costume and paid for express delivery (1 working day). It’s now been three working days since I ordered and I’ve had no responses to emails or contact cards. They do not have a contact number and now it’s clear why. At the moment, it feels like a scam and I have no idea whether I’ll actually receive the costume. Highly recommend using a different company.
